The Cumberland Magnolia was built in 1886 and is completely renovated to make your stay exquisite. Located in the heart of the SoMa district and is within 2 blocks of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, antique stores, gardens and more! .5 miles from the newly renovated Arkansas Arts Center. This house is a perfect location for families attending weddings at the Art Center or for the Bride and her party to get ready for the big day! Excited to share our city and Historic home with you.

Kitchen had ample supplies and cooking tools for making meals. Shower was roomy. Beds were comfortable. It was very clean and well stocked with quality amenities. Home is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

This is a lovely and comfortable home. Well stocked and the perfect location to downtown and my daughter's house. Both sets of grandparents stayed for a long weekend!

Lovely & relaxing home

We had the pleasure to stay here for 10 days in June. The home was absolutely beautiful, and each space had a unique vibe. The neighborhood of nearby restaurants offers a great variety as well! I would love to return to this wonderful home again.

Absolutely stunning!

From the beautiful front porch to the outdoor sitting area in the back and everything in between. The home is inviting and roomie, and the host has gone out of her way to provide everything that you need for your stay to be perfect. The moment you walk in, it smells amazing, It looks amazing, and the beds are so comfortable. You won’t regret staying at this location.
