Single Room Cabin built for Hunters. On County Road 31U between Miramonte Reservoir & Dry Creek Basin.

Cabin sleeps 6, more could be considered.
Propane wall heater, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, basic kitchen supplies.
Water hydrant outside. NO running water inside.
Outhouse only. Access to shower’s available down the street.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
