About Martin Massicott
I grew up in St. Croix and became a contractor and built Aqua Blue Villa and other homes on the island. I currently live on St. Croix and travel the mainland and other carribbean islands.
Martin Massicott purchased this Villa in 2006
Why Martin Massicott chose Estate Turner Hole
After living here for many years and visiting the eastern part of the island, my dream was to own property and build a beautiful villa. This area is unique with it's natural beauty of the carribbean sea and rolling hillsides.
What makes this Villa unique
I chose this end of the island to build this villa because it is minutes from Point Udall which is the eastern most point in the U.S.A. There is a sundial known as the Millennium Monument built above Point Udall for the New Year's celebration in 2000. It marks the azimuth of the first U.S. sunrise of that year. The area has breath taking views and private beaches which are accessible to the public free of charge. All beaches in St. Croix are public. There is no admission for parking, sunbathing, or swimming.

Wish I was still there!
Our stay from March 17 - March 24 2018 was lovely! It was our first visit to St Croix and despite the storm damage from Maria, the island was exactly what we needed to relax and chill. Helene and Mattie were so helpful with recommendations and even helped me get some needed medical care when I arrived. The home is nicely furnished and comfortable with fresh fruit and other niceties provided on our arrival. We were only two number but the house could fit at least 6 more without the extra cottage. The view and sound of the water from the deck was amazing. Lots of stars at night as well so with the nice breeze we stayed out by the pool reading most evenings. The house is a short drive from Point Udall where Jack's and Isaac's Bays are located. Beautiful beaches and wonderful snorkeling. Not many folks were ever there so we had it to ourselves most days. The East end is quieter, thus requiring a drive to town for activities, however it is only 20 minutes or so to Christiansted. Beware - roads are full of potholes but were being repaired daily in certain areas. Phone and internet was spotty while we were there as well (the work crews were running new lines), but we could get basic email at the house. AT&T seemed to work the best, but as Verizon customers we were out of luck most places. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep St Croix on our list for future adventures!
Thank you Leslie, we enjoyed meeting you .
You all are beautiful people .
So good to have met you ,have a wonderful rest of the year.

They were amazing people. It was a party of 10, and the house suit us perfectly. Helene picked up some from the airport, and was willing to do so for the rest. They gave us a full overall of the island and where to get good food. The house was in immaculate condition. Very easy going nice people. Will stay again. The home sits on a hill over looking the beautiful beach. It’s frally peaceful and the house is huge.
Quiet, relaxing, stay!
Just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week at this beautiful villa. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the island. It is clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the pool every day!! The owners are wonderful! They met us at the airport and led us to the home, which was nice since we were hesitant to drive on the left hand side of the road!! They were available when we needed them, but allowed us our privacy too, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to St.Croix!
I highly recommend this property - nice and (very!) helpful owners, clean spacious location, and beautiful views of the ocean and great swimming pool. Nice kitchen that was already very well equipped when we arrived, DirectTV piped throughout the house and outdoor grill. Within about a 10 minute drive are several restaurants including the Blue Terrace, East End Pizza, and Ziggy's and Castaway. The owners honestly thought of everything, including coolers and chairs for the beach. We will hopefully be back soon someday!
Hope to see you soon,
Helene & Martin
Property was excellent. Little far from town but could not ask for better place. Awesome communication with owners.
Thanks Charles ,it was a pleasure to have you all on St Croix hoping to see you all soon.
