We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exactly as pictured. It was well-stocked, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation.The pool was the highlight of our trip—our kids spent hours swimming and had so much fun. It made the house feel like our own private resort. The location was also perfect for exploring Southern California while still having a peaceful place to come back to each evening.The host was responsive, check-in was easy, and the entire experience was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, family-friendly vacation rental.

This house was a great place to stay for our family's vacation. Inside was clean and the grounds were well kept. Beautiful views and felt like we were "getting away". We had three young kids with us and they were able to stay entertained the whole time with what was on the property. The host is extremely responsive. For those with EVs be sure to bring your own charger, as there is only the outlet available. Overall we were extremely pleased and would love to stay again if we're ever in the area!

The pool area was wonderful. It was like being at a resort. The view was spectacular! The house was clean and comfortable, but lacking in some areas. There was very little silverware, and other kitchen essentials. There was every kind of spice imaginable except salt and pepper. The oven didn't work which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The house was for sale, so we felt like the vacation rental was just a stop gap until it could be sold. I cut my foot on the carpet tacks in the bedroom doorway, because there was no carpet trim transition strips in place. All in all it was an enjoyable stay beyond the few annoyances.

Host does not communicate and just the worst VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The host did not provide a key to the lower front door lock and we were locked out at 10pm with all our items inside. Refused to pay for the locksmith and just beware. Avoid this property and host at all costs. Bad communication, blame and really made our stay horrible.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at this home! The entire home was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfortable. Beautiful pool and spa on the raised patio with an excellent view! Spa worked perfectly. Large tv’s and full length mirrors in every bedroom. Plenty of towels provided. Great communication from host. Private and quiet location. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back for another stay!

The house was clean and updated. BEAUTIFUL view from the back yard. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Fair price over all. Had everything we needed for our stay. Honestly, the pictures don’t do the house justice.

The view and backyard were absolutely stunning and were by far the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the house itself was a major disappointment.The home felt dirty and poorly maintained. The cracked floor tiles looked grimy, and the rug appeared as though it belonged in an auto shop rather than a vacation rental. The couches were heavily worn, outdated, and looked like they had seen well over a decade of use.While the beds were comfortable, the pillows felt old and overdue for replacement. What was most upsetting was when we stripped the beds before leaving and discovered heavily stained mattress protectors. It was honestly shocking and left a very poor impression.The garage looked more like someone's storage unit than part of a rental property. At times it even felt as though someone might still be living there. The laundry area was dusty, sticky, and dirty, with surfaces that appeared untouched for quite some time.we paid 1,800 for 2 nights i expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. There were no basic toiletries provided such as shampoo, conditioner, or hand soap. The towels were thin, worn out, and felt like they should have been replaced The beach was only about 20 minutes away, my sister lived nearby, and there were plenty of coffee shops and stores close by. However, the house itself was also listed for sale, and the overall experience felt less like staying in a vacation rental and more crashing at a friend's neglected home.
