About this property

Lakefront - Game room, Fire Place, Dock, Deck, WiFi, Boats, AC, Dog Friendly!!!

During the Summer(from about mid-June to Labor Day) we rent from Friday to Friday. Some "Things To Do" are only available on the weekend(Drive-In Movie, Flea Market, Vineyard tours, etc.) so this gives you a full weekend. Plus, a full weekend home before starting work on Monday.

Our Contemporary has lots of windows with expansive lake views. The  floor plan and cathedral ceilings gives this house an open airy feeling with plenty of room to put your feet up.    We have a 58 inch UHD TV with internet and Netflix. Or you can watch a DVD from our collection.The downstairs bedroom is perfect for the kids to play Xbox,watch TV, or play board games.  The basement has a ping pong table and an Shuffle Board table.

Watch spectacular sunsets from rocker bench on our private dock, or enjoy a glass of wine  on the back deck.  There is a Weber grill and fire pit with grill top for all your grilling needs. Read a book while sitting on our outdoor swing or take a nap on the hammock.  Your stay also includes 3 kayaks, a peddle boat, row boat with oars and a trolling motor.  There are also tire tubes to float around on our swimmable lake.

Community amenities... Community Pool & beach(daily passes available for purchase on a limited basis), and play ground, tennis and basketball courts(even ice skating rink in the winter) which is across the lake by boat or less than a 2 mile drive.

We are a 10 minute drive to Shop Rite, WalMart, restaurants, golf, and more. And 20 minutes(or less) to Camelback (ski/waterpark), Kalahari water parks, The Crossing outlet mall and other Pocono favorites.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior permission.. We do have a $100.00pet fee per dog. two dog maximum.

We provide everything you need for an enjoyable stress free vacation except for linens and towels. Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided. Please inquire for linen rental if interested otherwise please bring your own.

Home professionally cleaned and sanitized by Jean's Cleaning Service.

For the security of our guests and the property, we have installed two exterior cameras at the entryways.

We loved our stay over New Year’s Eve! The house was wonderful! Would absolutely come back again - definitely in warmer weather to really enjoy the lake. Aside from the check in process which was a bit chaotic, everything was perfect. We had a great getaway.

The lake house was clean, comfortable, dog friendly and had a great view of the lake. The owner provided many amenities on property such as kayaks, boat with trolling motor, fishing rods, life jackets, board games, ping pong table , shuffle board, blue tooth speakers, firewood, fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well equipped. We were there Friday through Monday and didn’t leave the property/neighborhood. Lovely lake for kayaking and fishing. The house and property are set up for family fun and relaxing. Would definitely go there again.

We had a wonderful week with our grandson at this lovely lakeside house! Swimming, boating, fishing, ping-pong, tennis, board games--we did it all. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Note: there are some nice community facilities (swimming pools, beach, mini-golf, etc.) but you have to pay a separate fee per person per day which adds up to a lot over the week.

My family of 7 had a great week here at this beautiful place. Everything was made easy with great directions and communication from the owner Nick! House was clean,thoroughly enjoyed the kayaking and boating. We had our dog with and im pretty sure he enjoyed his stay as much as us if not more.

Peaceful lake house

Fantastic place and lots of nice touches. We had a heat wave and thunderstorms and were comfortable and plenty to do! The lake is fantastic to kayak on and fish from. Check in at the welcome center is a bit chaotic. Be prepared to wait in line. Homeowners had everything ready so our actual check in was really smooth.

I like everything about this lake house. It's beautiful and cozy. It provided us everything we needed. Even though we couldn't kayaking as much bc of the rain, we had fun playing ping pong, shuffleboard…The best part was relaxing and gathering together around the fireplace. Nick and Jill were very responsive to all requests. Thank you for the beautiful vacation

Week Long Family Vacation

It was perfect for our group. We travelled with two kids (8 & 12) and their grandmother. The lake was very accessible, the 12 year old loved the boats, and the owners were responsive.

Family Getaway

Why they chose this property

This is our second house on this lake(check out HomeAway #202448). When this house came up for sale I knew we had to have it. It was foreclosed and empty for 2 years. But had a lot of potential. Almost every part of this house is new... furnace, hot water heater, stove, refrigerator, paint, carpet, roof, etc

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. Whether it's boats in the summer or just not having houses in your back yard have a house on the lake makes all the difference.
