Freshly renovated fully furnished 2 bedroom upstairs unit with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, full size hide a bed couch, full bathroom, fully stocked open kitchen, dining and living space, laundry in the unit, and separate entrance. Pack 'n Play can be provided.
Perfect location to get to Costco, Walmart, 5 min drive to the Airport.

Convenient combination deadbolt entry lock for easy 24/7 check-in.

All linens provided, washer and dryer available for use, as well as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. We also provide washer detergent, dish soap, shampoo, soap, and body wash, coffee maker, electric teapot, wine bottle opener, and much more, so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.

Had everything we needed in our last day in Anchorage. Close to the airport and plenty of room. Nice outdoor space. Checking in and out was great.

Just needed a place to stay before an early morning flight. Location was great. Accuracy the listing was fine. The only thing I could criticize is it's time for some new mattresses. But I would still stay there again for the reasons I picked at this time.

Good location

Karina was very responsive and the space fit our needs. The home was close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and a local brewery. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck as well!

Pre and post surgery (hip replacement)

Check in process very smooth. Very clean. Great communication with landlords and graciously allowed a delayed checkout without additional charges. I highly recommend this unit to rent. The renovations to stand up shower was tremendous!!!!

Anchorage stay

This was the start of our Alaskan vacation. It was very close to the airport, clean. We enjoyed the deck when we got there and had coffee on the deck in the morning. Saw a couple bald eagles!

Was fine for overnight. Bedrooms and kitchen were clean. Bathroom needs a good scrub so we didn't shower. Quiet neighborhood but neighbors behind and to the side have lots of cars, tarped buildings, etc. so not a view from the front or the deck you might expect. Not owners fault but is a factor in the rating. Great communication from owner on key lock, parking, etc.

Overnight Stay

Needed a place to stay for the night prior to our flight the next day. The home is very close to the airport and it worked great for us. The home was very clean and well cared for, well equipped with everything you would you would need for a longer stay. Check in and check out instructions were great. Very good stay!

Upstairs apartment in city

The directions provided by the owner helped us understand where to park and how to get into the apartment. The home is converted into two apartments but it’s not ideal as there is an old doorway which was blocked off to separate the upstairs from the downstairs. The neighborhood is okay, but not great. My family was woken up by our downstairs neighbors leaving at 3am. The bathroom was nicely renovated and the beds were comfortable though. It was sufficient for a single night but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer than that.

Comfortable & Close to Active Area

Was in a great location for getting around with Uber. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Was SO happy to be able to do laundry. Best of all, they supplied fans!! Rare thing in Alaska. Owner was responsive when we contacted her!

Our Anchorage stay

Clean home. Nice kitchen. Overall comfortable except the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. Other bed was great. Nice deck enjoyed sitting on it. Everything we did was about a 15-20 minute drive.

Very convenient stay in Anchorage

We needed and over night stay in Anchorage before heading to Kenai for 3 weeks. The property was very clean and a nice location. We did not have a car but could walk to a great breakfast restaurant. Best of all the people we dealt with were excellent and went way above and beyond for us. We arrived very late at night and they let us stay past the 11:00 checkout time. We liked it so much we will be staying there at the end of our trip. Thank you for being so kind to us.
