1. The property is equipped with security cameras outside the house in both front yard and back yard.
2. Pls park your car in the street properly. Garage is not available for guest use.

3. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering, loud music or interference.
(3) Unregistered guests.

You will be asked to leave the house immediately without a refund if there is a violation.

4. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
5. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay.
6. Pls report any property damage on timely manner.
