Our hostess, Jill was great! She reached out the day before and answered questions. She had the tree lit for us and the house was very welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The view was spectacular. The house set up was great for our 4 families and accommodations were wonderful. The house needs a lot of repairs and deep cleaning and I know it is in process of repairs.

We love this house!

Came here for a church retreat and we had a wonderful time. The view and space are everything you could want. The property manager, Jill, is so lovely and helpful. We look forward to returning :)

Wonderful Stay

The house is beautiful, decorated like a vintage B&B, with tons of room and a spacious deck with an incredible view. Stayed here 2 years in a row for our church's college retreat, everyone loves it!

Beautiful view, cozy place

We had a very good time in this beautiful house. The lake’s view is wonderful. We highly recommend it this house for a big group. Kelly and Dorothy are very professional and very helpful.

Amazing House! Simply Perfect!

The property is wonderful, we loved everything about the house, accomodations and yard. Everything was clean and we loved the nuances and "oddities", like the decorated Christmas tree and bedroom we "found" on day two (on the other side of the bathroom). We could not be happier and the communication ahead of our trip was wonderful. Several friends are considering family reunions at this location in the future. Highly recommend!

Antique mountain cabin with plenty of space & nostalgia

Kelly, the house manager was great with communication. Gave us great tips. The house is a little quirky but had plenty of space and restrooms for 5 families with young kids. House is older so the hot water took a long time to get hot, especially in the winter. Amazing view of the lake & plenty of parking.

Beautiful Setting, lovely house.

We were very happy that we all had our own bedroom and bath. It is set in a beautiful setting overlooking the Lake. The house itself is in bad need of refurbishing but due to seeing the scaffolding there and some of the house already painted, we can see they are in the process of doing just that. A few other incidentals that we found were not enough to damper our family reunion and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely go there again should such an occasion arise.

Celebrated Armenian Christmas

We enjoyed our stay in this house. We celebrated Armenian Christmas and had a wonderful time. House is big but not dated. If you like old antique vibe this house is for you. Kitchen is fully equipped. The house view is the best part of the house. Parking is huge. To go to the lake you have to drive it is not a walking distance. It is about 2-3 minutes drive. Uppin our arrival our host introduced us to every floor and everything we needed to know. Very nice and very professional.

The house was unique in style; easy to get lost in. Outside condition not that great, needs paint job badly. Very old looking furniture inside, so we had to be very careful not to ruin anything by accident. Main dining table sagging in the middle, pretty sure if it broke we would have to pay for it. The breaker for the tv went out on the 2nd night, and couldn’t get it fixed until next morning, affected multiple outlets .Usually not a big deal, but when you’re trying to entertain kids, Overall it was a good stay, just don’t think we would revisit next time.

Beautiful view

Cedar Glen is a beautiful property and has an incredible view. The home was decorated well (although dated) and everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. There were some issues with video equipment not working but our property manager took care of everything quickly by bringing over his personal VCR/DVD machine and hooking it up for us. Be aware that there is no bath soap or shampoo provided, only hand/dish soap. There are only a few clothes hangers in one bedroom. The others did not have any. The home is is need of an major upgrade. I guess if there was one thing I would caution against is the fact that there are many, many stairs to get to the bedrooms. It is definitely not for anyone with disabilities. Otherwise, my family and I had a wonderful five days there for our family reunion. It is hard to find a home with six bedrooms AND six bathrooms! A special thank you to our property manager, Kelly. He was very attentive to our requests and concerns responding immediately with a solution or advice.

Hola Ha sido una pena en esta ocasión yo ya había estado en esta casa y me encantó desafortunadamente ,por eso elegí rentarla nuevamente Tuvimos inconvenientes de la casa k ya se reportaron a la persona k nos recibió Se rompió una tubería y estuvo inundando habitaciones por lo que les es Solicitamos re-Embolso Parcial por todas las incomodidades que esto nos Causo la casa está ya bastante descuidada requieren hacerle arreglos en varias áreas k no se sienten tan seguras cuando Pisas en el Área Del Balcon hay demasiados insectos dentro cómo arañas. Y eso es mantenimiento de limpieza Esto le fue notificado al Encargado que llegó a entregar la casa y el vio todos los daños era cascada de agua Sin más por el Momento Agradecemos y espero su pronta respuesta

Absolutely stunned with how beautiful this property was upon arrival, the home lay out is very nice and all of its amenities were very nice. The views from this home, nothing beats it. Waking up to such views and watching the sunset over the lake, very beautiful. The host was very nice, and helpful. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns, before and during our trip. Definitely will try to book this place again, it's worth staying again.

A view of the lake

We had a wonderful time and appreciated that our Host Tony worked so hard to get us access to the lake. It was a totally new process, and he made it happen. We were also provided with hiking trails and things to do in town. The house was exactly what we needed for a Women's retreat. We slept 16 people very comfortably, the kitchen is huge and everything was there. Kelly checked us in and followed up with us the 4 days we stayed. Thank you for such a great weekend.

Wonderful place

We always rent this wonderful cabin for our annual men’s retreat and women's retreat for our church. Always clean, comes equipped with everything you need and lots of space and comfortable beds. Kelly the caretaker is always super easy to work with and available for whatever we need.

Way too many stairs! Outside deck and gazebo were awesome! Kitchen was nice but the cabinets were beat A pest control should be used before check in of guests. Overall we had a great stay and it was wonderful for a large family.

The lake view was jaw dropping. We loved the house. It’s got a few age related issues but nothing that really affected our stay. We’ll definitely be returning.

Have absolutely no complaints!

The house was absolutely amazing, a little old-fashioned in its design, but fitting for a past bed and breakfast. The jacuzzi was not advertised since it was broken in the past but it was fixed by the time my group arrived so it was a nice surprise. The MOST beautiful view and tons of space for my group of 19. Would love to make to make our way back to the Château one day!

Beautiful place!

Gorgeous house. Had a great time. We had a large party of 11 adults and 4 children. Lots of room for everyone and well stocked. Kelly, the property manager was very nice and helpful!
