Beach Front Pine Walk Apartment/Tourist Licence

Our apartment is a first floor apartment directly on the residential part of the pine walk. Close to restaurants and shops yet directly on the beach with fantastic swimming outside the door. Spacious and bright with uninterrupted views of the Bay of Pollensa - perfect for families!

There is no where closer to the beach and pinewalk.

Our balcony is completely enclosed and private yet you can watch the comings and goings on the pinewalk from the peace of the first floor.

There are three bedrooms one with am ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has bunkbeds and a single bed, another has two single beds and the master bedroom has a double. There is an additional family bathroom with bath and shower.

The apartment was repainted and a new family bathroom was installed in January 2019. New lounge furniture was also acquired. We have internet TV with all UK channels and film club along with numerous DVDs for all ages.
