4th Floor Amazing Bay View Condo located DOWNTOWN OCEAN CITY.

New direct bay front condo with custom-designer decorated. Large gourmet kitchen with granite breakfast bar and stools, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and a beautiful color palette throughout. Large dining area with hand-painted wall mural. 50' hdtv in the living room with views of the bay. Three large, well appointed bedrooms, all with cable, flat screen tv's and ceiling fans. Crown molding and dental trim throughout. Large master bedroom with direct bay views and master bathroom with double vanity, and glass shower. The second br faces toward the ocean and has 2 full beds, closet, and hdtv. Third br also faces the ocean, with a closet, one queen bed, one single bed, hdtv, and access to the second bath. The property is 1,800 square feet, located between 10th & 11th streets on the bay side. The unit is on the 4th floor of 5 with double-length water front balcony, providing year-round expansive & unobstructed perpetual panoramic bay views and stunning sunsets. The balcony is fully furnished to allow you to relax watching the boats running about on the bay. Enjoy breakfast or having cocktails and watching sunset on the full length balcony !!! This luxurious property is just a short walk to the world famous OCMD beach & board walk. This perfect location provides you with both the peace and quiet of a bay front setting and easy access to ocean city's exciting beach, board walk, and downtown area. With this unit also comes the use of outdoor pool, fishing pier, elevator, and 2 parking spaces. You can walk to the beach, board walk, restaurants, attractions, mini golf, and amusements. Next to the White Marlin pier.

This was a great unit that was far enough away from traffic to be quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything and a short walk to the . The view was beautiful and the condo was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of seating. The owner was fantastic with communication. I would definitely recommend.

“We had an amazing stay! The views were beautiful, and we really enjoyed watching the boats. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We are five sisters always looking for a new place to spend a few days with each other throughout the year and this beautiful condo did not disappoint. There was plenty of space, very clean and beds were very comfortable. The beach and boardwalk were within walking distance. The pool was delightful and was great to relax in after a day at the beach. Our favorite feature was the view off the back balcony of the bay. We watched the sunset every night and they kept getting better and better. It was stunning! I would highly recommend.

the stay and property was excellent on almost all fronts. the only things left to be desired were having to bring our own bed sheets, paper goods and garbage bags, but thats not enough to drop my rating to 4 stars out of five. would definitely go back.

This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Views from the balcony were wonderful. A very relaxing place to spend some time. It is next to the elevator, but even so, there was not a lot of noise. The beds probably could use an update. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was close, literally 6 minute walk to beach. Location on boardwalk is perfect when you venture down. Just on the outside of the craziness, perfect location

Great place!

We stayed here for a weekend with another family and it fit our needs perfectly. The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect because it was close to the boardwalk, but still calm and quiet. Not to mention one of the most gorgeous views of the bay!

Communication with the owner was great. We didnt have A/C but that wasnt the owners fault. It did however get up to 76 in the condo and was a little stuffy even with doors and windows open and fans on

Impressive Bayside Condo

Absolutely beautiful from entry to the balcony. Spacious throughout, plenty of choices in sleeping arrangements and the Master bedroom/bath is stunning (plus a balcony/bay view)! Clean, comfortable and inviting layout. Kitchen has all the accessories you could possibly need. The balcony is where the family gathered the most, watching boats and sunsets. Nice pool for the kids and everything is within walking distance. Owner keeps in touch and is very helpful.

Very Nice Unit Close to Everything

The unit is spotless as far as cleanliness and is just as described in the listing. The check-in process was easy, and the communication from the owner was excellent - she replied almost instantly in the few instances where I had a question. The layout of the unit is perfect for a group of our size (7 PPL) and the kitchen was awesome if you like to eat in or mix drinks! The location is very convenient to many top restaurants and activities as well as the boardwalk (3 blocks walk). The sunsets are amazing, you can fish right from the property dock, and the balconies are large and very roomy. Parking is also very easy, but I would warn that, if you have a lot of stuff for an extended stay, bring a wheeled dolly or luggage cart to make it easier to get your stuff to the upper units (there is an elevator, but the cart would have made the move-in much easier). Definitely will stay again in the future!

Amazing owner and property

This property was beautiful! It was clean and just a short walk to the boardwalk! Owner was amazing and was easy to communicate with! Property has an amazing view of the bay from the balcony! I highly recommend staying at this property when visiting OC and will definitely book again! Thanks for a great stay!!

Very Nice Condo….would stay here again!

Cleanliness is extremely important to me and this condo exceeded my expectations. Our group included grandparents, parents and one 10 month old baby. Very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on huge balcony overlooking the bay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful bayside view

Location was perfect for us and the condo itself was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the bay view as we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony watching boats and fisherman. Would definitely stay again!
