Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo directly on the Boardwalk with a Great Balcony

Regency - 21st on the Boardwalk
Living Area and Master Bedroom directly on the ocean. Walk out through the sliders from either room onto the balcony and look down on the boardwalk and out at the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom
The second bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle.
The sofa is a queen sleeper
Cook a wonderful dinner while looking directly out at the ocean from the well stocked kitchen. Even doing dishes is not bad with that view on a beautiful sunny day.
Room for 6 at the dinning table.

If linens and/or towels are needed, they can be rented at Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental. Phone number is (410)524-7057. They are located on 78th street.
Rose's on 94th street is also a cheap place to buy if perferred.

Phil is a great host and check in/check out was very easy. The condo is in a fabulous location….many memories made on the large balcony (just ask the people on the boardwalk who joined us in a random dance party!) Us Mom’s would definitely return again.

The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk, with great views in any direction. The sunrise is stunning to see. Our 3rd stay here to relax, it's within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! 3 bedrooms (comfy beds!) give each of us our own room, which is nice. We also had a great view of the Corvettes on the boardwalk! Our host Phil is always super helpful and responsive to any questions, which is a bonus to have a host who prioritizes his guests' enjoying their stay. Highly recommend!

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views, access beach, and unwind. Far enough away from the noise of the boardwalk festivities when you want to chill out, but an easy walk to the pier and fun spots! Easily accommodated our family of 6. Thank you!

Excellent Rental

This is a great property for up to 8 guests. There are 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, convenient boardwalk location and breathtaking view from the large balcony. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation in ten years, we have added a spouse to both me and my brother plus I have a six month old. It was one of the best vacations we have had. the location was great, right on the boardwalk so we never had to drive anywhere it was all walking distance. The house was clean and was exactly how it was portrayed online. I would highly recommend this condo and even stay there again. Phil the host was great. super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Overall a spectacular experience!

Great location

My family and I had a great time, it was myself, my husband, my adult son and daughter and 2 teenage grandchildren. The property was very comfortable for us, very clean, and quick to unpack and get settled into. The living room and dining room were large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Phil is an excellent host, he was so easy to communicate with, and answered any question I had. We loved everything! Hope to go back again next year!

Great getaway

Great set up for any family or friends get away ! The view is everything I was hoping for and worth the trip. we enjoyed a brief stay and even though it rained we made the most of it by playing games and relaxing in the family room. The property is perfectly placed on the boardwalk next to pizza place , the arcade, and a 24 hr coffee bar for family fun. Super close to fishtails and plenty of spots to walk to for food or drinks . We had the best brunch ever at Barn 34 ( eggs benedict’s and bloody mary’s ) Bonus- we found a luggage cart by the elevator and were able to make unloading and loading up the car quick and easy. Great find!

Oceanfront Gem

Our 2nd stay here for girlfriends weekend. On the boardwalk, perfect location, the big balcony facing the ocean is great for enjoying the morning sun, or evening drinks. The beds are comfy, rooms are clean, the kitchen has everything you need. The great communication with Phil is much appreciated! Thanks for a great stay! enjoy the balcon

What an awesome place and a wonderful host!

WOW is all I can say ! Phil made everything so easy. The place was exactly as described and even included little extra! Beautiful location with full ocean from /balcony along both the living room and master bedroom. We will surely return for another stay. PS this was the 2nd week in November and the weather was very nice 👍

Regency 7 was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. Love the location. We come down every year for the old cars. Fall is our favorite time in ocean city.
