This beautiful Mission Beach condominium is located in a prime area of San Diego Mission Beach. The condo has spectacular views of Mission Bay and the Seaworld fireworks from our patio. The common sundeck on the top of the building offers panoramic views of all Mission Bay Park with a table & chairs to relax and have a drink or dinner.
Our unit features 2 master bedrooms ensuite with comfortable King size beds. We have highspeed internet with a desk area . There are 3 Sony flatscreen televisions including a 65 inch in the living room area.with a DVD player,Netflix,Amazon Prime and MLB.There are bicycles,beach chairs, towels toys and umbrellas for your use. There is a washer/dryer in the attached 2 car garage. We have recently remodeled the kitchen and master bathroom adding a large shower.We also added a convection microwave making baking quicker without heating up the kitchen. We have a private patio with a gas BBQ Grill and table seating for 6 . There is a large grassy area next to the patio for kids to play in and be secure within our walls.There is an outdoor shower to rinse off .

Whether you are on a family vacation or a romantic getaway, this is the ideal spot all year round. All of the San Diego attractions are nearby including: Sea World, Belmont Park, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, expanded Legoland with the Aquarium and water park, Birch Aquarium, Petco Park, Gaslamp District, Old Town, and Knotts Soak City Water Park. A great place to spend the day is at Balboa Park visiting the museums, Ruben H. Fleet Space Theater and eating at great restaurants. The World famous San Diego Zoo is a full-day of activity in itself. Disneyland is also only a 90-120 minute drive north to Anaheim if San Diego doesn't offer enough. Sports include the San Diego Padres located in East Village downtown and the San Diego Chargers in Mission Valley. The very popular Gaslamp District offers wonderful nightlife and entertainment with acclaimed restaurants and is only 20 minutes away in Downtown San Diego. Seaport Village is also very popular for shopping and great restaurants located at the harbor. Little Italy is becoming the best area for dinning also. Within walking distance from the condo you can walk to many restaurants, shops and markets as well as to the Historic Belmont Amusement Park. Jump on a bike and ride down to Pacific Beach, spend a day surfing, swimming, sunbathing or just relaxing and top it off with a casual dinner at one of the great beach front restaurants. There is always an option of just parking your car in the attached 2 car garage and relaxing at our condo and enjoying Mission Beach.

SD FAMILY TRIP

Our family had a great time at the beach house. Everything we needed. Was there bikes, boogie boards, towels, even a shower outside to rinse off the sand and ocean was just across the street. We will definitely come back.

The house is a great location, perfect size for our family of 4. Very nice to have a garage for our rental car. Not the easiest to get the car in and out of it but we made do by backing in to make it easier to get out. Fully stocked house made it nice so we could wash cloths. Greatly appreciated having beach towels too. There is only one big downfall is that there is a unit above and you can hear everything they do all night long. It’s very much a party town, everyday of the week it seems, so it made it difficult to sleep which was not great with small kids. And maybe bring your own pillows unless you love down pillows.

My husband, adult child and I stayed in this home for an extended weekend. Our two other adult children joined us for part of this time. The living space was very comfortable, as were the bedrooms. There was enough room for our three cars (two small suvs and on mid-size). The blow up mattresses were fine for two very young adults. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have a bbq grill and a crockpot! The location was fabulous! Short walk to the beach and the bay, as well as Belmont Park. We took the bikes provided out for a ride a couple of days which was a great way to see a little more of the area. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity!

Spring break for the kids

Great property - next to the bay and super close to the beach! Connie was a fantastic host and communication was on point. House was stocked with everything for the beach/kitchen and in between. Would highly recommend!

A welcome change of pace

Our group of two couples (70 ish) had been on a road trip for six days driving many miles and staying in four different hotels. Staying here for the final six nights of our trip was amazing. We could relax, eat in if we chose and do our laundry (!). The condo was very well equipped, close to a market and many restaurants and an easy walk to the ocean and the beach. The garage parking was a huge bonus.We highly recommend this condo.

Great location to explore

This is a great place to explore - close to beach yet quiet as it’s off a side street. Fun places to walk and many small restaurants and places to get coffee. It’s nice to have the garage as parking is difficult in this neighborhood.

Perfect condo for family beach vacation

We are a family of two adults and two kids, and this condo was perfect for our weekend in San Diego. The condo is comfortable and clean, and has everything you need (kitchen supplies, wifi, cable tv, lots of linens). There are lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys etc. to use at the beach and it is only about 2 blocks away. We walked to many restaurants and to Belmont Park, and the zoo and La Jolla were a short drive away. We rented a small SUV and it fit in the garage comfortably. It was a little loud outside on the weekend nights but we brought a portable white noise machine and had no issues :)

Great location and nice property

Overall we enjoyed ourselves immensely. For some reason there were small flies all around the kitchen when we arrived. And they seemed to come from the sink. We used the fly swatters provided and that took care of it. We couldn’t fit our second car in the garage so we parked it in front of the garage. That worked perfectly for us. Nice place and we would rent it again.

Great stay

Check in was simple. Having a garage for our rental was a plus, the rental is walking distance to the beach and board walk, the household amenities (washer/dryer, bikes, fully equipped kitchen, etc) made for a pleasant stay.

Great location. Connie was amazing and provided all the details making traveling with two small children easy. What sets this property apart from the rest is the small things. Connie provided so many extras (pack n play, wagon, beach supplies) we didn’t have to worry about renting it bringing any of it

Super. Fun Weekend

This was a perfect location for us. We could walk to lots of places. The house was convenient but the location is very quiet. The host was extremely easy to reach, and very accommodating. Having a garage to park in was truly an added bonus. There were 4 of us and we never felt cramped. There was plenty of hot water for showers and hair washing. Hate to leave.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Connie's house in Mission Beach. The location right between the bay and the beach is amazing. The house is fully equipped and the contact with Connie was very easy and pleasant. The big garage is an extra plus. We highly recommend staying at this house.

Location, Garage, Bikes!

This was a perfect rental for my family of 3 (myself & husband and our college age daughter) for a long weekend in January. Location was perfect, garage was priceless, and the bikes were so much fun. The place has plenty of space (2 couples or a family of 6 w/ younger kids would enjoy this apartment). The master bathroom is WOW! and the kitchen has everything you need. Besides the bikes, the host offers lots of beach items including towels. I feel like you don’t need to bring anything with you! Location: less than 15 minute drive from the airport. Zoo so close, as is downtown and La Jolla. And walking to the ocean or the bay is effortless! No

Beach Getaway

Stay was good. Great location. Just a little warm if it’s 70 and humid and you can’t really leave the windows wide open as the unit is on the first floor. They provided fans to help cool it down but for our 2 yr old it was a little uncomfortable as she sleeps hot.

Nice Place

Everything was just as described. Very nice place, with tons of toys for everyone. We did have a problem with fruit flies in the kitchen and the guest room comforter had a big stain. All in all it is a nice place in a great location.

We have been San Diego residents for 30 years and fell in love with it in 1980 when we visited. We were fortunate to buy our beach house in 2011 and use it ourselves as much as we can. We love the beach,boating,sailing and bike riding. We still live in the San Diego area and would never move.We are currently retired and enjoy life.

Our property was bought in 2011 and we then remodeled it to be as comfortable as we could make it. This is our second home and it is very comfortable,clean and beach friendly. We have every amenity that we could think of.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I think the 2 car attached garage is one of the most important things we offer since parking is a premium. You can also park a third car in front of the garage. We have a large patio where you can enjoy dinners and a relaxing time.
If you have a large group there is a chance that you may rent another unit in our complex and all be together. We do this ourselves.
