2022 Remodeled Pacific Beach Oceanview Condo- See the Sea

Listen to the ocean while you relax in our beautiful ocean view condo in San Diego’s world famous Pacific Beach. 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeps 6. 2 ocean view porches to enjoy: one off the living room, one off the master bedroom.

Private secure building with one garage parking spot (6 ft 6 in height clearance)... but you won’t even need a car. Everything you could want is all walking distance, one block to CVS and Ralph’s, and dozens of local bars/restaurants in the area. There is a large community sun deck with a jacuzzi. Easy access to the condo with an elevator from the lobby attached to the parking garage.

Cable HD TV in living room and HD TVs with Chromecast in both bedrooms. Romantic double shower in the master bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need to feel like you are at home. We even provide beach towels/beach chairs/body boards for your beach enjoyment. We also have a locked gated area in front of the condo for bikes.

Please keep in mind this is a quiet residential building with full time residents, it is not a party complex. There are strict rules regarding noise and any violations could result in fines levied against the tenant, up to and including eviction.

Such a great spot for our get away. Close to so many shops and restaurants. The cozy and clean living area and well stocked kitchen made our stay feel like a home away from home. Host was easy to communicate with and they went out of the way to make sure we had all the amenities available that we needed!

Stocked with everything you need

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach with plenty of places to shop and eat really close. The best part for me is they had all the beach things you needed in the condo. We could use the beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach blanket etc. They had everything you need so we didn't have to worry about trying to find and buy or bring beach things with us. I have stayed in a lot of beach vrbo's and this one was by far the best stocked for spending multiply days on the beach.

Great location and home base

Wanted to spend a few days in SD for Memorial Day Weekend and this location was perfect for us and our couple friends. Centrally located, deep ocean sounds and an easy check in and out.

Location was good. Unit, while somewhat updated could still use work. Building was drab. It worked fine for our family of four for our purposes but probably wouldn’t book again.

San Diego Rendezvous

We flew in from the East Coast & met m son & his family who flew in from Northern CA. We all enjoyed escaping our respective cooler winters for a few days and exploring some of the many parts of San Diego. There was truly something for each of us, and we all enjoyed being on the ocean. The condo was perfect for us. If I have one negative it’s that the demographic of the neighborhood is heavily collegiate and there was quite a bit of partying happening late at night & into the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise a great stay.

See The Sea - Great Condo

A perfect place for us for our San Diego visit. Extremely clean, very well furnished throughout including kitchen essentials & accessories, excellent security for the building and condo, a short walk to shopping -including groceries, restaurants and local attractions, owners were very responsive when we reached out with questions. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend this unit.

Close to beach and great hosts

Our hosts were amazing - met our needs. The place worked well. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working which was a bit disappointing. Very close to beach. Would have liked a patio that you could sit out on but otherwise very nice.

Communication with property owners and check in and out were clear and simple. Area was very close to beach, shopping, dining and nightlife. I would recommend this property for a couples getaway or family vacation.

The condo is very nice with one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental. My only minor complaint is that it can be noisy at night, but that just comes with the area it’s in. The noise didn’t last all night, it was usually pretty quiet by midnight. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for 7 nights. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and comfortable. The decor is beachy yet tasteful. The place was fully stocked with anything you would need to feel at home, to prepare any meals or relax and veg in front of the TV. We loved the beach chairs and equipment they had in the condo and used it almost daily. We had a few technical issues but the host was quick to respond and address the issues and help resolve them quickly. We loved it here, felt very relaxed during our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great little spot with the perfect location!

We brought our teenage son and his friend out to relax at the beach and do some college tours. The location can't be beat! Right at the beach, with lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops, plus a supermarket. The boys had a lot of fun using the boogie boards from the condo. I liked that it was back one building from the boardwalk, it felt a bit quieter there, but still allowed for peekaboo views of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was very responsive and has a great book detailing procedures (easy!) and has spot-on dining recommendations.

Great Location

This property was perfect right on Pacific beach, our time was pretty seem less from check in to check out. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and gift shops. The condo also had everything you could think of for the beach. Beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, ice chests, boogie and skim boards and more

I am a flight attendant who loves to travel around the world. Originally from Phoenix, I moved to Seattle in 2007 when I met my husband, Barett. After years of coming to San Diego multiple times a year, we bought our beach condo in 2020.

I have been coming to San Diego every year since I was born. My parents used to rent this condo from the original owner. When he decided to sell, he offered it to our family, and Barett and I couldn’t pass up the offer. We are excited to share our beautiful home on the beach with you.
