This was our second stay at Annie’s Place. My mom and I traveled to Boise to visit relatives and loved the house so much last year, we rented it again this year for a week. It was perfect for our needs. We loved the open concept kitchen/dining/living room area on the 1st floor and the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. The back patio was so nice for enjoying morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking if we didn’t go out to eat. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely stay here again for future trips to Boise.

What a great place! We had a wonderful week long stay and the house couldnt have been better. Quiet neighborhood, very clean house with everything you could need, very comfortable beds and great living, dining and kitchen spaces. We didnt end up using the outdoor space but could tell it would have been nice too. Hosts had great communication and provided a binder with all the information you needed. Will definitely be back!

Annie’s Place was perfect for our needs, we stayed for a week. It was so clean, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. The home has a great layout—the bedrooms upstairs and an open concept living area on the first floor. There was even a desk where I could set up my laptop and do some work. I wish the weather was warmer, we would have loved to sit outside on the back patio. We felt so at home and were so glad to have found this lovely home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Immaculate Home - Ideal location!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless — truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, and it was clear the owners Ginger & Evelyn take great pride in maintaining the space.The home was also incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need - from kitchen supplies and extra linens to thoughtful touches like local guidebooks and cozy blankets. It felt like staying in a friend’s home rather than a rental.The host was fantastic — responsive, kind, and proactive in their communication. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and check-in/check-out were seamless.And the neighborhood? Just perfect. It was quiet, charming, with close-by access to great local restaurants, parks, and shops. We felt right at home from the very beginning and were sad to leave.We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Annie’s Place. Ginger and Evelyn were great with communication, the home was very clean and well set up for guests. It’s nice to have a garage space available for parking. The only suggestion I would make is to have either ceiling fans or portable fans in the two smaller bedrooms for when temperatures are high in the summer. The rest of the house stays nice and cool, but those two were just a bit warm at night unless you turn down the AC more than needed for the rest of the house. Other than that, our stay was perfect! We definitely recommend Annie’s Place for your stay.
