Welcome to The Dutton Pad! Enjoy our sparkling clean, pool with plenty of lounging and seating to enjoy our beautiful, seasonal California sunshine. Although the pool is not heated, it is enjoyable and accessible throughout the year.
Our classic California 1954 home sits on a quiet, tree-lined street in a peaceful family neighborhood. Centrally located in Orange County, it is only 1.5 miles to Fullerton's thriving downtown.
This first living room with its mid-century modern flare is perfect for enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage and conversation after an activity-packed day.

Just 5 mi from Disneyland, access to fwys, airports & train station, enjoy day trips to our nearby SoCal amusement parks, beautiful beaches, desert communities, mountain resorts & LA landmarks. Nestled in a safe, quiet, neighborhood we are 1.5 mi from our nostalgic Downtown restaurants, bars and shops & walking distance to our local drugstore, grocery, restaurants & retail shops

We had a great time at the house. The pool was a nice daily activity for the kids and the kitchen was well appointed to meet the needs of our 9 person group. Beds were comfortable and rooms were large enough to unpack and feel at home. Everything felt clean and modern so we were able to focus on being together and venturing out to the larger metro. We had Fullerton specific things to do, so the location was great for that. We also managed to get to the beach and downtown without too much effort.
