Tranquilo, sereno, tranquilo y hermoso son palabras huéspedes han utilizado para describir esta casa. Esta casa familiar ofrece un acogedor refugio de los días de gran afluencia en la playa, senderismo, ciclismo, golf o cual partido de tenis jugado de manera uniforme.

Situado en el cuello Golf Club de campo en la localidad de Oak Bluffs, esta casa se ubica en aproximadamente 2. 5 acres de propiedad ajardinado profesionalmente. Conducir por el camino sinuoso sólo da un vistazo de las fabulosas instalaciones en espera de ser explorado en el interior.

Caminando por la puerta principal, los huéspedes son recibidos con la vista más encantadora de el hoyo 7, incluyendo trampas de arena y obstáculos de agua, claras hasta el Estanque Sengekontacket.

El plan de piso abierto es perfecto para lo que en amplia iluminación, pero lo suficientemente acogedora para crear el ambiente perfecto hasta bien entrada la noche. Con una mezcla creativa de una decoración moderna y la isla, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de los mejores servicios en la comodidad de un hogar.

La cocina totalmente equipada está seguro de satisfacer al cocinero más creativo! Completo con parrilla al aire libre, máquina de hielo, centro de bebidas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, tostadora, microondas, cafetera / espresso, licuadora y bebida congelada. La habitación principal (cama de matrimonio) cuenta con un gran paseo en el armario, lavadora privado y secadora, cuarto de baño con inodoro, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada. Invitado son capaces de disfrutar del desayuno en el porche cerrado adjunto a esta suite. Completo con ventiladores de techo, soporte para iPod, TV de pantalla plana, es difícil imaginar algo más que un huésped pueda necesitar.

La primera planta también tiene la zona de dormitorio 2 de 5. Esta habitación (cama de matrimonio) se completa con su propio baño, un armario grande, ventilador de techo, televisión de pantalla plana, soporte para iPod, escritorio de trabajo - con servicio de fax / impresora y teléfono.

El tercero (cama de matrimonio) y cuarto (dos camas) dormitorios se encuentran en la segunda planta y ofrecen unas vistas espectaculares de los jardines y Sengekontacket Pond. También está equipado con ventiladores de techo, baño privado, conexión para iPod y teléfonos.

El nivel inferior bellamente decorado cuenta con una chimenea, baño completo, 2 televisores de pantalla plana, y sala de cine con 6 sillas reclinables y un sofá cama doble.

Beautiful MVA property

The home was beautiful and very well appointed. Easily accommodated our group of 8 adults with room to spare. Minor complaint is that there could’ve been a few more towels available, but the washer and dryer took care of that.

Gorgeous, spotless, wonderful home

The house was gorgeous and spotless. They layout was perfect for multiple families. The property manager was super nice and accommodating, he made sure everything was perfect. The media room and screened in porch were added bonuses. A wonderful and relaxing stay; highly recommend!

Wonderful luxury stay

The property was better than the photos. Had an issue with the AC that was promptly resolved by the property manager. We had almost everything we needed for a great vacation for two families together. The basement was a bonus for the kids! Would love to return next year!

Vineyard Week

We rented the property for a week in September and it was exactly what we needed. As a larger group we all had our own space but the shared spaces could accommodate everyone. The screened in porch was wonderful for coffee in the morning and dinner at night. House is very centrally located and was a great middle point for covering all areas of the island. Few of the group were golfers and they loved the proximity of being able to walk to the course. If you’re considering a visit to Martha’s Vineyard, highly recommended this property.

MVY getaway

Spectacular home that was great for large family vacation. Loved the secluded yet perfectly located property; easy to get to most island locations quickly. Also a short 3-5 minute walk to Farm Neck Cafe and Pro Shop. Plenty of parking! Steve the property manager was very accommodating to our delayed arrival due to Hurricane Henri. Highly recommended!

Warm, Welcoming and Blissful

The property and responsiveness of the host and property manager far exceeded expectations. The privacy, house decor and amenities provided for relaxation on the beach, on the property or indoors. This premier property and location are complemented by the thoughtfulness of those who share and care for the house. Hope to come back and stay at this property next year! Incredible.

amazing MDW stay with friends

Nine of us rented this house to celebrate MDW. Unfortunately the cold rain kept us from outside. Fortunately, this beautiful house kept us entertained and comfortable. The photos simply do this house no justice. 10/10 Amazing!! We will be back!

perfect for our group!

we visit MV every year, but this was the first year our group of 8 stayed at this house. we loved how spread out (and comfortable) the bedrooms were, but how easy it was for all of us to gather in the common areas -- to eat at either the indoor or outdoor dining table, to watch tv in the living room, to watch 2 different tvs in the basement, to hang out outside (although we could not figure out how to work the firepit). the walk to the main road along the golf course is lovely, and it was great to be right off of a bike path. we don't go into town often anymore, but because the house is somewhat "in-island" it was very easy to drive to any town center when we did. the owner and the property manager were both very easy to work with. we had a few minor issues the first 2 days, and steve responded within 15 minutes each time. we'll definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful Home - Perfect Get Away

This a beautiful home and the location was perfect. Easy access to all parts of the Island with a car, bike and/or walking trials. The location of the house is within walking distance to Farm Neck (very short drive) which made our golfing experience fantastic. We wanted a place to escape the worrisomeness of current travel protcols and stay put for our vacation while feeling relaxed and this house checked all the boxes. Everyone felt at eased and could enjoy themselves. The movie theatre and backyard added another layer of options when avoiding crowds. Will definetly return!

Vineyard vacation excellence

We had a wonderful time at this Farm Neck property Oaks Bluff on the Vineyard. The house was beautiful and spacious full of modern amenities, terrific kitchen, screened porch and patio. Ocean view to boot. I would recommend whole heartedly!

Wonderful family home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It is tucked away in a beautiful golf course but close to everything we wanted to see. Steven was very friendly and available to us . We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Vinyard.

Great Home, Great Location!

This has been our second year staying at this house, and it has always been perfect for our needs. Sam ensures our stay is pleasant and that the accommodations have everything we need. The house is immaculate and would be great for families. It is also is very secluded (on Farm Neck Golf Course) and provides an intimate stay while still being very close to Oak Bluffs with an ocean view. I highly recommend this property if staying on the island, especially if you are planning a golf trip.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay here. The house is well appointed and very comfortable, even for our larger group. It's clear someone put a lot of thought and care into the design and appointment of this house. The backyard has a very nice space to relax or play games. Despite being on the golf course it is still very private and peaceful, although being able to easily walk to course was very convenient. We took Uber/Lyft to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown without any problem at all. Dealing with the owner and property manager was simple and seamless. I would definitely stay again.

Loved the house.

The house is beautiful and well cared for. It is well stocked with beach towels, chairs, board games, etc. It’s not exactly proximate to the downtown centers of the nearby towns (OB, VH, Edgartown), but we had bike rentals delivered and found that between those and Lyft or Uber we were fine. Loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Fabulous Family Home- Great for everyone!

Just returned from this lovely, well-appointed home! Nine of us gathered to celebrate the graduations of our twin daughters. The home had everything any family could need. The location is perfect and the amenities sublime! Some of our party golfed, while others lunched at the golf club. Everyone enjoyed the in home theatre. We had a clam bake from a local provider and used the screened outdoor dining area for many of our meals. The property manager was available for any question but truly the house was easy for everyone! Can't say enough good things!

The home and surroundings are beautiful and a perfect getaway for friends and family!

What a gorgeous and inviting home! We stayed there with a group of friends for my 50th birthday celebration and although the weather did not cooperate, we had a fantastic time. The house was spotlessly clean, cozy and comfortable and offered every amenity one could need. The teens especially loved watching movies in the media room downstairs... they only came up when they needed more food! It was a weekend filled with a lot of laughter and many wonderful memories were made. Sam was very quick to respond to every question and request made, and even made sure that there was a bottle of my favorite waiting for me upon my arrival to begin my birthday celebration. :-) If we are ever looking to rent again on the Vineyard, or have friends looking to visit, Sam will be my first call and recommendation! Thank you again, for opening your lovely home to us for my big celebration.

The house was just perfect for our family! Loved the open concept plan, the privacy and the space!

We were within walking distance to the golf course clubhouse for the wedding reception, as well as in easy driving distance to the wedding, the ferry terminals and the many shops and restaurants we explored. Steve, the caretaker, was warm and very welcoming! The property was immaculate and so inviting! It's the kind of spot my family could nestle into for a wonderful Thanksgiving stay!!!
