Excelente ubicación cerca del centro de la ciudad en el fabuloso edificio SeaView Condo en el corazón de Oak Bluffs. Propiedad altamente deseable con impresionantes vistas al mar desde casi todas las ventanas con esta unidad de esquina más grande y bien equipada. Áreas abiertas de vida y comedor, además de una acogedora terraza frente a la playa y el parque, así como una cocina bien equipada. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño completo con ducha de lujo y se abre a la terraza con su grandiosa agua y vistas impresionantes del amanecer. Hay un segundo dormitorio y baño completo con bañera / ducha. La asociación de construcción de condominios también tiene una ducha al aire libre y un área para parrillas. Este es el lugar para sus vacaciones de verano, a pasos de The Inkwell Beach al otro lado de la calle. I have spent many vacations in Oak Bluffs and this was one of our favorites. The location was perfect with direct views and access to the Inkwell. It's an easy walk to all Oak Bluffs has to offer and the bus stop if you want to explore the island without a car. The property itself was even better than the pictures and provided enough room to spread out and everything we needed for a comfortable stay for our family of 3. Marisha was a wonderful and communicative host who made sure we were comfortable and had a memorable stay. I highly recommend booking with her for your next visit to the island!

The property was very clean.Kitchen well stocked Washer/dryer was great to have. Great having off street parking.Location excellent. Need to put maybe a split unit in spare room The unit in living room not enough. It got very hot at night..We could not use the sofa bed because it felt like was lying directly on the springs of sofa.

Dear traveler. Thank you for your response. We are glad that you and your other four guests enjoyed your stay. Split units are not allowed in any of the condo units. For that reason, there is a Dyson cooling tower in the the "spare" room you referenced, which it appears you did not utilize, as it has been very efficient and enjoyed by other guests.

Our host, Ms. Clinton was phenomenal and personable. Her assistance and knowledge of the island made our first visit stress free. She checked in on us after settling in to our condo. We also experienced a personal situation departing the island which led us to reach out to her for assistance. She was responsive to our request for assistance and went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend her as a host and will be connecting with her for my return visit to the island and have already recommended her to friends interested in visiting the island/lodging

Great Location and Views!

Perfect spot for our family to visit for a Wedding on the island. Located across the street from beach, easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and ferry. All the necessities were included in the condo and Marisha was very responsive to any questions we had.

This property is by far the best property I’ve ever rented on Martha’s Vineyard and I’ve been traveling there the same time for the past 15 years. The master bedroom patio /porch had the best view of the beach. You can also access the patio from the dining room so everyone in the house is able to enjoy it. The home was very clean. It is located right in the heart of Oak Bluffs, where all the action is going on. Although everyone passed by and I could see everything, it was never noisy. It was nice to see all the people pass by and have a direct view of the Polar Bears each morning. I really like the fact that we did not have to rent towels or sheets once we got on the island. Bath towels, sheets & bed spreads, beach towels and beach chairs were provided by the owner. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, the host responded to every text/ phone call within minutes. I would definitely recommend this property and will be staying here again.

This is the perfect location! It is steps to the beach and an easy walk to town center. The view of the beach and the boats going by was lovely. Everything we needed was provided; from beach towels to kitchen equipment, it was all clean, accessible and in good shape. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout with a spacious living room and dining area was perfect for our family of 4. Host Marisha was very helpful and communicative. We highly recommend this condo!

We spent a week at the condo. It’s so easy to get around. Very near all the restaurants and shopping but also across the street from the beach. The condo is comfortable and quiet. We will be back!

Great Weekend

Our family had a great weekend. The apartment was better than advertised. It was spacious, beautiful and well equipped. (No hairdryer). The location couldn’t have been better.Marisha kept in contact was us to make sure our stay was perfect.

Oak Bluffs Good Location

Home was very comfortable and well stocked. Convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and beach. Even walkable from ferry if you had no vehicle. Right across the street from the beach. The unit was ground floor with small deck on road side. Unfortunately it is a busy street and there is road noise. But walk across the street and sit on the beach in 2 minutes and enjoy the view and breezes. Owner was very helpful with local information.

An absolute gem in Oak Bluffs!!

This is the perfect spot for a Martha’s Vineyard vacation! The location is absolutely amazing - just steps from Inkwell Beach and very short walk to the harbor and all the great shops and restaurants of Oak Bluffs. Towels and beach chairs are provided which makes a trip to the beach even better. The layout is great with plenty of room for our family of four. The main bedroom has an oceanfront view and the second bedroom has a beautiful view of the park and the ocean. We spent mornings and evenings relaxing on the small patio and enjoying the view. Marisha is a fabulous and extremely responsive host - very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great View of Inkwell Beach

We had a great experience from start to finish! Condo was very clean with very comfortable beds, linens and seating. It’s within walking distance of all restaurants, buses to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven and shopping! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Marisha is a dream to work with. Communication was superb!

Wonderful location! Great host!

This is a wonderful place!! The location is perfect for the beach and everything in downtown Oak Bluffs. It is a short walk from the ferry, restaurants, shops, etc., so you don't need a car at all. The host communicates throughout to assure you have everything you need. My sister and I were there with our teenage daughters. We all loved the place so much. There is a balcony that overlooks the water - giving amazing views of sunrise. Thank you so much for making our trip perfect!

Fabulous vacation at “The Vineyard”!

Everything was wonderful. The host was very helpful and shared some great suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The accommodations were immaculate, comfortable, and the location had great views of the beach from the terrace. We were able to walk to town and enjoy eating, shopping, and mingling. Really looking forward to my next visit and this place is at the top of my list.
