Excelente flat, bem equipado e perto da praia!!

O flat é ótimo, novo e bem equipado. O condomínio é uma delícia, da pra aproveitar piscina e churrasqueira na maior tranquilidade. Perto da praia de maresias e de outras praias lindas. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e de confiança. A estadia foi ótima!!!

Dias maravilhosos em Maresias no Flat, super agradável, limpo, muito arejado e seguro. Ótima negociação com o proprietário e muito atenciosa.

Lugar agradável e boa localização .

O imóvel é excelente, porém ficamos sem internet , devido o waifai do imóvel ser muito ruim , a maior parte do tempo fica insdisponivel para uso e quando volta é muito fraca , não carrega redes sociais etc. O sofa cama é muito ruim, desconfortável para usar como cama . Limpeza ótimo, ar-condicionado funciona , condomínio muito bom , sem incômodos, piscina muito boa , lugar de fácil acesso a praia , redes de farmácia e mercados.
