Beautifully furnished, multi-level, ocean side condo in a private gated community uniquely positioned next to Fort Macon State Park. Designed for relaxation and fun in the sun.

Amenities include your own driveway and entrance, easy beach access, swimming pool, kiddie pool, clubhouse and just a minutes walk from the Fort Macon State Park trail.

My family have been staying in Tar Landing villas every summer for decades..this was the most nicely decorated house I’ve ever stayed in within the neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out; owner was very easy to work with. Hope to stay again next summer.

Location was excellent. Short convenient walk to the beach. The space was spacious and accommodated my family without feeling cramped. One of the tvs was not working on arrival. The host was very responsive and had a new tv delivered.

Lovely Stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Tar Landing. The property is so quiet, private, and peaceful. The views are beautiful! The condo is very well equipped for those who love to cook. We will definitely book again!

Absolutely beautiful!

My family loved staying here. The interior was beautiful, and we loved both of the decks (one with an amazing view of the dunes and the ocean in the distance). It was right across from the pool and the walkway to the beach was a very short little walk through the parking lot. We loved being by the state park too and took walks up the the point of the island for the sunrise. We had everything we needed for our stay.

The location of this condo is awesome! Right across from the pool and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the location very much. We came in and realized that the property had not been properly cleaned (sheets not changed, random tiles laying on the floor, old non working TV laying beside TV). We contacted the host and she was helpful but lower TV never worked properly, and we had to change all the sheets (there were extras). It’s a 3 level condo and the bunk beds are on bottom level. My older kids could sleep down there but anyone with small children should know bunks are on bottom by the main exit door. It’s a nicely decorated condo and the host did respond to text, but overall the cleanliness of the condo was pretty bad (I truly think the cleaning people just didn’t do their job). Would definitely stay in the condo complex rate again.

Beautiful property

We loved all the space for our family. The kids stayed on the bottom floor and the adults on the second and third floor. The top floor has a beautiful view of Fort Macon and the ocean. I loved all the storage space so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool is very nicely kept and there was plenty of parking with a very short walk to the beach.
