Gran mesa de comedor y cocina completa con lavaplatos, triturador de basura, estufa, horno, microondas y refrigerador nuevo. Dormitorio principal y sala de estar abiertos al balcón. TV, cable, DVD y VCR Lavadora y secadora en el condominio. Piscina y ascensor.

This is a wonderful place to stay at Pine Knoll Shores. It is quiet, with plenty of space for a family. The entire place is comfortable and feels like home. The kitchen is well equipped, and we were able to make amazing dinners together as a family. The kitchen table is large, and the porch is inviting. The access to the beach is easy, and the swimming pool was perfect. The owner is very easy to communicate with.

Family Week

The property is at a great location with easy beach access. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. Our major problem was the AC being out of order. We finally had to cut our vacation short when we told the part would not be in and AC wouldn't be fixed until Sunday or Monday. We were refunded for the days we left early but did not reimburse for the 4 previous days without AC.

Family Vacay 2025

We had an amazing week! Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The view was fantastic!! Any questions we had, our host was quick to answer and friendly. We hated to leave but will definitely book here again, sooner rather than later!

Friends Week

This was our (6-8 teachers) 3rd year staying at this location. The location, beach access, pool, condo, ocean view, and price are all excellent. I highly recommend this condo for couples, friends, and/or families because it has 'space' and togetherness. The landlord was always a text away to help. Highly recommend.

Best Beach Vacation Ever. The property was perfect for our entire family. This is our 2nd time at this beach condo. The new upgrades were fantastic and appreciated. Bettie is hands down the best VRBO owner we have encountered. Prompt communication every time I reached out to her. Outstanding Hospitality!! I highly recommend this property!

Dingy, dusty, and dirty (oceanfront)

Overall, we had a great vacation, however the condo itself left much to be desired. A few problems: The entire condo felt (for lack of a btter word) icky. The shower had stains, door knobs and handles felt noticibly grimy, there was rust on the door knobs, and black mold on every air vent you looked at. Additionally, there was sand in the sheets of the beds and the majority of the condo had outdated blue carpet. The carpet had visible brown and white stains (who knows?) and you could feel the sand stuck in it if you walked barefoot, we didn’t. Additionally, the condo was just outdated and kinda dingy. The furniture and appliances were old and just not in great condition. The freezer wouldn’t freeze, the stove, oven, and laundry took a considerable amount of time to finish their job. Cooking was a struggle because of the poor state of literally every pan and piece of silverware (the whisk broke mid stir so bring your own). Cups and plates were dirty so stop by the DG and stock up on paper. And finally, this is a four bedroom unit, but somehow they thought one couch was sufficient for the common areas. Seriously, there was one three seater couch and a single rocking chair. Other than that you had the kitchen chairs. The experience was disappointing and discouraging, but with the help of one of the six vacuums and 8 box fans in the unit, we prevailed. My advice? Just don’t do it, keep looking. The view is great and location is convenient, but the cons outweigh the pros.

Beach Week

Our group of friends absolutely love this condo. It has 4 bedrooms/4 baths which is great for 8 ladies. The beach is wonderful! The pool is perfect. The condo is close enough to restaurants and others sightseeing opportunities. Highly recommend this can ndo.

Our favorite place to stay

This has become our favorite place to stay, condo is perfect for our family vacation! Easy access to the beach which is good for my dad and for taking cooler and wagon down! It is awesome having 4 bathrooms, no one has to fight over them.

A fantastic Beach Vacation

My family and I enjoyed this oceanfront condo. We arrived to an immaculate, spacious condo. The view from the balcony of the beach and ocean was simply beautiful. Bettie communicated well. She even FedEx infant plates, cups, and utensils for our one year old grandson to use. Bettie, thank you for all you did to make our stay perfect. We will be back for another Beach Vacation!

Nice location

Condo is in a great location with a beautiful view and plenty of room but needs some TLC. Owner was very easy to work with and extremely responsive, but for the expense incurred we anticipated a higher end stay. PROS Great location, plenty of room, end unit was nice, elevators were a plus, nice pool and easy beach access. New mattresses were very comfortable. Owner was quick to respond from booking through our stay. CONS Needs a thorough deep clean and some TLC. AC vents haven’t been cleaned, debris was blowing out and one appeared to have mold in it, wallpaper peeling in one bathroom, caulking was missing on several bathroom countertops or pulling away, a number of light bulbs out and mismatched. Dehumidifier required emptying at least 3 times/day or AC was not as efficient. We experienced multiple outlets not working because breaker kept flipping. Owner had electrician come over but wasn’t able to repair while we were there. We cleaned the sliding glass door runner to avoid it squeaking and being hard to open. No beach chairs to use, had to bring our own, only some beach toys for small children. Getting and returning keys a bit cumbersome. With some repairs and a deep clean this could be a real gem, but was not what we expected for what we paid, having rented similar size beach condos in the past.

Great location - needs a bit of TLC

Pros: - Host Bettie was very attentive & responsive - Beds very comfortable - Lovely beachfront views - Nice condo complex - perfect location - strong wifi - great to have carts & elevators to help packing in & out Cons: - Key process is cumbersome - having to figure out where to receive keys by FedEx a few days ahead and then pay to return them was a challenge we haven't had to deal with before in our many vacation rental experiences - Clutter on most surfaces - Closet & pantry cabinet full of junk - including dozens of old paint cans - No space to store food in kitchen - Kitchen cabinets need good cleanout & resupply of basic stuff while getting rid of random stuff - limited cooking utensils but many unnecessary items! - Whole place needs deep cleaning & updating; peeling paint & rusty fixtures just make the place look yucky - Many burnt-out light bulbs - Box of blinds just sitting on floor in loft bedroom - Spare linens in wads in closets - not sure if clean or dirty - Dehumidifier noisy & ran constantly - we emptied it multiple times a day but if we didn't use it the AC couldn't keep up - and we were there when temps only reached 80 outside! - Host doesn't supply even a starter kit of basics like TP, paper towels - that was a weird concept to us.

Everything you could want for a Beach Vacation

The property was as advertised. Great Location, access to beach. The property owner was awesome, she was in contact us when the tropical storm was coming and purchased lanterns that were delivered just in case we lost power. Thank goodness we didn't, but it was great of her to make sure we were taking care of. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place for a family vacation

This place was a wonderful place for our family. It was quiet and spacious. There were 7 of us, and we had plenty of room. The table in the dining area is large and gave us plenty of space to eat our meals together and play games together. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook together. The balcony is wonderful and provides a beautiful view of the ocean. Pine Knoll Shores is perhaps one of the prettiest areas along the NC coast.
