We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home. Very clean! Location was perfect for bring close to Duke and downtown Durham, shopping etc. You too would enjoy your stay !

The house was clean and very well maintained. It's clear the owner and property manager take a lot of pride in this property. Everything that we needed for our 2 night stay was available and well stocked and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location of the property was very convenient to Duke University and most of the downtown attractions. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend this house for a stay in Durham.

A spacious, clean, and luxurious property. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the common space was beautifully appointed. The home was extremely clean and well-maintained and the owners were solicitous throughout our stay. Communication was excellent and it was very easy to find everything we needed. We will likely return again for our next trip to Durham!

The host was very communicative especially when we ran into a problem with the AC. Very close to most things with minimal traffic. It is in an up and coming neighborhood so didn’t feel it was good for running/exercising from the house. The house was very fully stocked with everything you need. Would recommend

Beautiful, super clean, spacious home with all the special touches. So much thought went into the small things too. From the 2 coffee bars to an alarm system to makeup remover wipes to a hair dryer to a chalk board in the kitchen listed with all the fun things to do, places to see, places to eat etc. Jill answered all of our questions promptly before, during and after booking. She made us feel very comfortable. She also checked in with me the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok with the house and to see if we needed anything. What a great host! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. I’m a clean freak so being able to walk in the home and not have to do a thing was so nice. Nice to have an alarm system to set when you leave and at night. Just something else to help you feel secure in the home. Bonus- it’s pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog with us, which is huge! Nice fenced in yard to run in as well. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay while in the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

The house was wonderful. Great attention to detail, beautiful, and very comfortable. It was located in a modest, old community, but we felt very safe. There was another, seemingly identical, house going up next door, and the construction noise was inconvenient since I was there for a medical procedure. Otherwise, the house was perfect.

Great family get together

Really enjoyed the time and place. House was super nice and they paid attention to every detail with special touches. A nice kitchen to cook in. Lovely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Jill did a great job with this place. Our family all thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend for sure.

Moms’ Trip to Durham

This property Durham property we stayed in had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The interior design of the property is by far the best I have seen in a rental property. It made us feel like we were staying in a spa. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can need. The bathrooms had a good line of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lots of towels. The group of 8 moms that stayed here gave it a 5-star rating.

Duke vs Lafayette football game

Jill was an amazing communicator. She responded to any and all questions quickly and thoroughly. The check in process was simple and the house was beautiful and really well maintained. I would highly recommend Jill's place to anyone visiting Durham.

Lovely home

Everything and more was provided. Jill was a great host and communication was exceptional! The house is new construction in an established neighborhood. It has lovely finishes. It also has an alarm for safety that was easy to use. Our family stayed to celebrate our graduate from Duke. It was close to downtown restaurants, bars and activities. We had so much fun in Durham!

Durham area colleges visit

I had never done a VRBO before and this was a fantastic first experience. The photos and description are spot on. Everything in the home is labeled and set up for low stress. The owner was kind and responsive. I was the only adult with 5 tall teen boys and they slept comfortably and they loved the chess board and seating area. The coffee bars, popcorn maker, and games were such fun touches.We were very close to Duke and downtown Durham. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and already recommended it to a professor friend if his family comes to visit.

Duke game weekend

We had our family of 8 adults for a weekend of fun for a Duke Basketball game. The house was amazing! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens. The host communicated promptly and often about questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfy - we slept tight! Coffee bars were awesome and decor was amazing - loved added touches like string lights hung around fence and patio which gave a beautiful ambience for a happy hour wine time. Easy Uber ride to and from game- definitely would stay here again for future game.

Everything we needed and more

After traveling by car from Florida to visit Duke for a stem cell treatment for our son, we were exhausted and welcomed to a lovely home that had everything we needed and more. It was so great not to have to worry about packing infant necessities like a pack n play, high chair, or even baby utensils. Prior to arriving we planned to explore the area, but were completely satisfied by relaxing in the space, utilizing the grill and kitchen amenities to make our meals, even played with the virtual reality headset provided. The bathrooms and bedrooms have everything you need, including very comfy beds. The host was very responsive to any questions. We’d highly recommend this home to anyone. It’s very centrally located, but in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best Booking Ever!

I booked the home to attend my college homecoming festivities. There were 4 of us sharing the home. It was a very clean, bright, beautiful and inviting space. The host thought of absolutely everything! The welcome bottles of sparkling water and snacks were such nice added touch. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax. The refrigerator stocked with items to make breakfast was so thoughtful. We definitely indulged. The layout of the home was beautiful and the interior design was aesthetically pleasing. So many ideas I've decided to take back and try in my own home. I must say that they set the bar high for any future home rentals. I'm spoiled! Thank you renting your space and making our visit to Durham a memorable one. I look forward to future stays at this property.

The house is very well done, obviously newly remodeled or entirely new. The kitchen, dining and main living area are open and comfortable with plenty of light, great seating, smart TV, and a nice view of the cute backyard. Very well supplied including spices, cooking oils, protein bars, plenty of coffee, expresso, creamer, sweeteners and tea - stuff you need but don't really want to buy. Great ice maker and autofill water! Lots of fun extras - loved the chess board, games, record player and piano. They were played every evening. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Overall the place has just about everything you need along with nice extras like laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer balls, dog bed/bowls/treats, propane gas, bug spray, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, even razors and toothbrushes if you forget yours. Very well thought out with a lot of attention to what guests might need. Check-in and out was a breeze. Very detailed instructions were provided and helpful. Communication was superb. Jill was immediately available for a few small issues we had and handled them superbly. Great location just a short 5-10min drive from downtown, 5min from Duke, 20min from RDU, 25min to Chapel Hill. Only little issue we had was the neighborhood - its an older area which is being rejuvenated - so not really walkable anywhere but given the location, it is an easy drive and parking was easy and cheap everywhere so it wasn't really a big issue.
