Modern home, designer finishes, in great historic downtown neighborhood. We’re across the street from Town Branch Distillery & quick walk to RUPP ARENA, LEXLive, & the heart of downtown.

Restaurants, bars, & concert venues are a quick uber ride and MANCHESTER ST (Distillary District) is right around the corner.

KEENELAND and the airport are a 10-15 min drive. UK Campus is a few blocks away.

On site parking. Smart tv, wine cooler, + a cozy outdoor space w string lights & a fire pit!

The space
Modern home built in 2016. Has hardwood throughout, plenty of natural light and beautiful views of trees and plants. The interior is clean, cozy, and stylish with designer finishes. The outdoor space is equally cozy with string lights, comfy seating, and an outdoor firepit.
Guest access
4 outdoor decks (front and back each level), washer and dryer, two parking spaces. We zip tie shut one hall closet and a few cabinets with personal items. The rest of the space is yours!

COME EARLY (12:00 check-in) and STAY LATE (2:00 check-out)!

Wonderful Stay

We had a terrific stay over a long weekend visiting Lexington. The house, location and owners were simply amazing. Everything you could possibly need was in the house. The communication was top notch. We would highly recommend the property and will definitely return and stay here again.

Why they chose this property

The Woodward Heights Neighborhood is a safe yet lively neighborhood in the outskirts of downtown Lex. It's such a convenient location and the house is beautiful. Make sure to take a walk around the neighborhood and admire all of the historic homes!

What makes this property unique

Many homes can be STR but not all of them can do it well. We don't cut corners which is why we do it well. You'll sleep on clean, crisp white bedsheets and towel off with white, fluffy towels. You get bottled waters in the fridge and by each bedside table. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each full bathroom. Our kitchen is supplied with an abundance of paper towels, cleaning supplies, and we provide complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks upon arrival. We have a gas fireplace that's the coziest spot in the fall and a vibrant outdoor space that's the go-to hangout space in the summer. Our location is ideal. Just a 10-15 minute drive to the airport, Keeneland, Fasig Tipton, and the Kentucky Horse Park. Most importantly if you book with us, you'll have the best customer service, quick responses, and a healthy and clean home.
