To your right is a versatile office space accessed through double doors (without locks), featuring a cozy queen-size Murphy bed. This space does not have a private bathroom but is conveniently located near the half bath in the hallway.
Continue down the hallway past the thermostat and half bathroom on your left and the laundry room on your right. You’ll arrive at an inviting open-concept living space. Here, a full-size kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed await. Step outside to the patio, where outdoor dining furniture and a grill overlook a spacious, private backyard. Enclosed by a 6-foot privacy fence and an automatic gate, the backyard ensures your privacy while offering a garage equipped with a 240V outlet for EV charging (bring your portable cable).
Upper Level:
Head upstairs to find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and an upstairs thermostat for personalized comfort.
The primary suite on the right is a luxurious retreat with a queen-size bed, a TV, and a quiet workspace. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a relaxing bathtub, and a spacious walk-in closet.
The two additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds and private walk-in closets. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. While all bedrooms feature room-darkening curtains, please note that the two Jack-and-Jill bedrooms have one high window (as shown in the photos) that allows natural light to filter in without coverings.

This place was SUPER nice. I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs (and rarely leave reviews because most are very "meh") but this was honestly one of the nicest / well stocked houses we have stayed at. It was much larger than we needed but the location was amazing for us and we had a great experience staying here. Semi-random, but one thing I did want to highlight is the beds were incredibly comfortable. At most VRBO places they always seem to have cheap mattresses / pillows and I never get a good nights sleep but all the beds upstairs were really nice and comfortable.The price was on the higher side, but want to be clear it was 100% worth it (for how nice it is I would actually consider it a value) and we will definitely be booking again when we go back to LEX.
We stayed at this property while visiting Lexington for a family funeral. The house was perfect, clean and with a great location. The manager was responsive and helpful. The master was perfect space for my husband and I and two small children. We will be back!

Met up with family for the football game and can’t believe how lucky we were to find this place! It’s a stone’s throw from the stadium and a quick drive to all of our favorite Lexington spots.
New, extremely clean, and one of the most well-appointed rentals we’ve ever seen. Thoughtful extras like coffee pods with all of the accoutrements, toiletries, plenty of towels, games, etc. The kids enjoyed running around the fenced-in back yard and the adults enjoyed sitting on the covered back porch (and rocking on the front porch) surrounded by great landscaping. Will stay again and have already recommended to friends!

I and my friends gathered for a weekend at this property. The property manager was incredibly helpful with early check and minor issues with a thermostat. The home was immaculate and so well appointed. We enjoyed the back porch for drinks, the amazing kitchen for early morning coffee, the beddings were delicious and for each guest to have their own bath was such an upgrade. Security was top notch so we always felt safe. We walked through the campus, enjoyed the local restaurants and went on a tour of the Old Friends Horse sanctuary. I don’t think I or my friends could have asked for a better home to rent and if we visit Lexington again there is no other place we’d rather stay.

I decided to host at our place after having difficulty numerous times in finding a home away from home where I can be in close proximity to my kids at UKY and still be able to have them all under one roof. I hope this will provide other families who want to visit their kids on parents' weekend or other game days and events an opportunity to be with their kids.
Why they chose this property
Three of our children attended the University of Kentucky and this was an ideal spot for them to bike, walk or drive to the university. This is a wonderful quiet neighborhood with so many families raising their children. Many enjoy taking walks in the neighborhood, or visiting the Arboretum, walking to the Kroger Field, visiting their kids at UKY, walking to Chevy Chase for dinner, walking to Graeters for ice cream and many other places.
What makes this property unique
Home is somewhat modern and has desks/ work spaces in each bedroom except for one of the upstairs bedrooms. Private fenced in backyard. For longer stays, you may request cleaning services at a discounted rate upon availability of cleaning crew. EV charger plug is in the garage. Guests will have to supply their own charging cable to plug into the wall socket to charge.
