Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a sunny family vacation, or just some peace and serenity, you will find all of that here. This little piece of heaven will have you wanting to return year after year!

Cape Coral is the 'Venice of America', named for its hundreds of
miles of navigable waterways. Our home is right on one of these
canals. With direct access and no bridges, it leads out to the
Caloosahatchee River that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. You are only a boat's ride away from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach.

EXPERIENCED boaters may rent our 2018 Hurricane Sundeck 2400 for an additional charge.

Staying closer to home, you can sip cocktails or enjoy dinner poolside right on your lanai. There are so many wonderful restaurants just minutes away. Then return to relax in the pool.

Enjoy the Comfort!: Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a split layout, perfect for multiple families....vacationing together, yet maintaining some privacy. There is everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Our family had a great vacation. 10/10!! The house and pool area are absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We rented the boat and used it almost everyday. My son fished off the dock and caught a snapper. The location of the house is perfect for boating and close to lots of great restaurants if you’re boating or driving. The check-in was simple and Jay was super responsive.

Boaters Dream

This home is situated in an incredible location, with the added bonus of boat rental options! The Cape Coral area truly transformed into a boater's paradise for us. Our family has always had a passion for the water, and exploring the coastline was nothing short of spectacular. The house was the perfect size for accommodating our friends and family during their visits. The owner provided everything we needed, from beach towels to fishing poles. By far one of the top properties that we've stayed in. We've stay in VRBO properties for many years in many different locations, but this one was awesome. We were a little hesitant because of recent hurricane and just some of the negative feedback from the area. The house, owner/property manager, boat rental,etc were all wonderful. Hard to summarize this property with all of its amazing amenities! The house was just beautiful, and the communication with a host was spot on. My family loved the pool, but renting the boat was the icing on the cake! Enjoyed the many waterways and restaurants, with daily views of dolphins. Highly recommend. Will rent again!

We are a family of 4, including school age twins. We love to travel. When we traveled to Ft. Myers year ago, we found Cape Coral. Being a boating family....we decided this is where we wanted to be when we vacation! It has the proximity to big beaches and the Gulf, but a Hometown/neighborhood feel...away from all of the High Rise buildings and Spring Break craziness!

Why they chose this property

We LOVE the Cape! This is our second home purchased here, and we spend as much time getting away from the cold weather up North, as we can! Cape Coral is a boating community. We have our boat for rent to experienced boaters. 1500/week + taxes and $200 Captain's fee.
