Cape Coral är "America's Venice", uppkallat för sina hundratals
miles av farbara vattenvägar. Vårt hem ligger precis vid ett av dessa
kanaler. Med direkt åtkomst och inga broar leder det till
Caloosahatchee River som rinner in i Mexikanska golfen. Du är bara en båttur bort från de vackra stränderna på Sanibel Island och Ft. Myers Beach.

Amazing stay!

Amazing house! The location, set up, amenities and view were perfect. Jay was a super responsive host and we enjoyed the boat, fishing, pool, grill and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a picturesque canal near everything. Would highly recommend for familes.

Unexpected surprise after the hurricane!

Very spacious as there was 3 couples, very clean and peaceful being at the end of the road. Would recommend this house for all travelers, also the hot tub was wonderful.

Absolutely amazing

By far one of the top properties that we've stayed in. We've stay in VRBO properties for many years in many different locations, but this one was awesome. We were a little hesitant because of recent hurricane and just some of the negative feedback from the area. The house, owner/property manager, boat rental,etc were all wonderful. Totally worth the stay!

House was great clean and very comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need for a stay. House is conveniently located for boating with restaurants, fishing, and visits to the islands close by. The checkout process for the boat was one of the best i have experienced. As a boater the capt, Florian, did an exceptional job familiarizing me with the area and safety protocols. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area.

Awesome house, great location!

I have rented from VRBO/Homeaway for about 20 yrs and this rental had everything we needed. It seems minor, but not having to pack beach towels and chairs, was HUGE! Often the kitchen accessories are limited, but not here. Great house, close to the river and gulf...Will definitely rent again.

Amazing trip!

We just got back from our family trip for the week. We started off with a small hiccup (no fault of Jays) but he was quick to handle and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect, which we are truly grateful for. The house was very clean and had all the luxuries of home. We loved the pool and boat. We will definitely be back and have already recommended his house. Cape Coral Gem

The house, property and neighborhood was great! We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and would recommend this home for another stay. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. Having the option for the boat was a treat. Florida seems to be experiencing high amount of bugs this year so if bugs tend to like you then have bug spray available and wear long pants at dusk around the water 😉. We will be back!

Amazing vacation

Exceptional is accurate. The home had everything we needed. Jay was great to work with. We rented the boat and at the end of the week, realized we didn’t get out of the pool enough to see all we wanted. The pool is large, nice shade to relax. Quiet. Saw dolphins and manatees on the boat! Plenty of towels, comfy beds. No internet or tv issues. We borrowed floaties and sand toys from my parents. This vacation was so great. We will return next year if we haven’t bought our own property by then. Thank you for sharing your home, Jay!

A great stay!

This VRBO was everything we hoped it would be. It looks just like the photos. Maybe better! Everything was clean and in great shape. The washer and dryer were large and excellent! The kitchen is bigger than the photos show and very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. We didn't discover the purified water spigot INSIDE the fridge until our 2nd to last day. We loved being able to open the sliding doors all the way and have an indoor/outdoor living space. The weather was cooler when we were there, so we were able to open them and not use the AC. The kids loved the pool and were in it every day. The location is lovely, right on a canal. It was a good, central location for day trips to Sanibel, Ft Myers Beach, and the 10,000 Islands out of Marco Island. We saw lots of burrowing owls in Cape Coral and enjoyed the little nature facility in the park nearby. Unfortunately it was windy the entire 10 days we were there so we didn't get to use the boat. We'd planned to use it, but the weather didn't allow it. IF the weather cooperates, this house is in an amazing location for using the boat. I highly recommend this VRBO. I researched for hours before choosing this house and I chose it based on the excellent reviews. They are all true!

Boaters Dream

This home is situated in an incredible location, with the added bonus of boat rental options! The Cape Coral area truly transformed into a boater's paradise for us. Our family has always had a passion for the water, and exploring the coastline was nothing short of spectacular. The house was the perfect size for accommodating our friends and family during their visits. The owner provided everything we needed, from beach towels to fishing poles. We're already looking forward to our next trip back!

Consecutive years of Pure Enjoyment

Our continued experience with Jay, the host, and his amazing property continues to exceed expectations every year we come (Seven years in a row). Great communication from the start to finish! House always is so inviting and Jay continues to add extra amenities to make your stay just feel so welcome and comfortable! There is nothing missing in this home to make your stay just the best time away. Highlight is always the ability to rent a boat-bonus to not only be on a canal but to actually get out on the intercostal waterways and enjoy the beauty of the area. Continued Happy Place for us!!

We are a family of 4, including school age twins. We love to travel. When we traveled to Ft. Myers year ago, we found Cape Coral. Being a boating family....we decided this is where we wanted to be when we vacation! It has the proximity to big beaches and the Gulf, but a Hometown/neighborhood feel...away from all of the High Rise buildings and Spring Break craziness!

We LOVE the Cape! This is our second home purchased here, and we spend as much time getting away from the cold weather up North, as we can! Cape Coral is a boating community. We have our boat for rent to experienced boaters. 1500/week + taxes and $200 Captain's fee.
