Beautiful house and great location for boating

Our family had a great vacation. 10/10!! The house and pool area are absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We rented the boat and used it almost everyday. My son fished off the dock and caught a snapper. The location of the house is perfect for boating and close to lots of great restaurants if you’re boating or driving. The check-in was simple and Jay was super responsive.

Boaters Dream

This home is situated in an incredible location, with the added bonus of boat rental options! The Cape Coral area truly transformed into a boater's paradise for us. Our family has always had a passion for the water, and exploring the coastline was nothing short of spectacular. The house was the perfect size for accommodating our friends and family during their visits. The owner provided everything we needed, from beach towels to fishing poles. We're already looking forward to our next trip back!

Amazing stay!

Amazing house! The location, set up, amenities and view were perfect. Jay was a super responsive host and we enjoyed the boat, fishing, pool, grill and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a picturesque canal near everything. Would highly recommend for familes.

Consecutive years of Pure Enjoyment

Our continued experience with Jay, the host, and his amazing property continues to exceed expectations every year we come (Seven years in a row). Great communication from the start to finish! House always is so inviting and Jay continues to add extra amenities to make your stay just feel so welcome and comfortable! There is nothing missing in this home to make your stay just the best time away. Highlight is always the ability to rent a boat-bonus to not only be on a canal but to actually get out on the intercostal waterways and enjoy the beauty of the area. Continued Happy Place for us!!

Amazing vacation

Exceptional is accurate. The home had everything we needed. Jay was great to work with. We rented the boat and at the end of the week, realized we didn’t get out of the pool enough to see all we wanted. The pool is large, nice shade to relax. Quiet. Saw dolphins and manatees on the boat! Plenty of towels, comfy beds. No internet or tv issues. We borrowed floaties and sand toys from my parents. This vacation was so great. We will return next year if we haven’t bought our own property by then. Thank you for sharing your home, Jay!

Like being at home but on vacation!!

We had the best time here! Relaxing is an understatement! The house has all you need to cook in (we bought fresh fish one evening) or many great restaurants close by! We rented the boat and the captain gave us the best tutorial to make our adventures safe and enjoyable! Great neighborhood to walk in!! The worst part was the “no see ums” so take bug spray and use it all the time! We would definitely rent again!!

Cape Coral Gem

The house, property and neighborhood was great! We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and would recommend this home for another stay. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. Having the option for the boat was a treat. Florida seems to be experiencing high amount of bugs this year so if bugs tend to like you then have bug spray available and wear long pants at dusk around the water 😉. We will be back!

Outstanding!

Hard to summarize this property with all of its amazing amenities! The house was just beautiful, and the communication with a host was spot on. My family loved the pool, but renting the boat was the icing on the cake! Enjoyed the many waterways and restaurants, with daily views of dolphins. Highly recommend. Will rent again!

Great house!

Jay was extremely responsive and informative to help with any questions we had. The house was great and suited our needs perfectly (7 in our party ranging 4 to 71). The outdoor area was terrific with the patio, pool/hot tub all being inside the lanai. Being able to access that area and have the view through sliding doors from basically any point in the house (2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room) was pretty nice. We also rented the boat with the house and enjoyed that thoroughly.

House was great clean and very comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need for a stay. House is conveniently located for boating with restaurants, fishing, and visits to the islands close by. The checkout process for the boat was one of the best i have experienced. As a boater the capt, Florian, did an exceptional job familiarizing me with the area and safety protocols. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area.

Amazing trip!

We just got back from our family trip for the week. We started off with a small hiccup (no fault of Jays) but he was quick to handle and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect, which we are truly grateful for. The house was very clean and had all the luxuries of home. We loved the pool and boat. We will definitely be back and have already recommended his house. We are a family of 4, including school age twins. We love to travel. When we traveled to Ft. Myers year ago, we found Cape Coral. Being a boating family....we decided this is where we wanted to be when we vacation! It has the proximity to big beaches and the Gulf, but a Hometown/neighborhood feel...away from all of the High Rise buildings and Spring Break craziness!

We LOVE the Cape! This is our second home purchased here, and we spend as much time getting away from the cold weather up North, as we can! Cape Coral is a boating community. We have our boat for rent to experienced boaters. 1500/week + taxes and $200 Captain's fee.
