Dante’s Place-Spacious 3BR Home Near I-20
Spacious home conveniently located near I-20 in Big Spring, TX. A perfect stay for guests looking for a home away from home. This pleasantly decorated home offers a fitted kitchen with a designated coffee/tea area, and complimentary snacks. 3 comfortable beds including 1 king and 2 queens. A laundry room. A huge backyard with an outdoor grill, tv, sectional and table that's perfect to lounge and eat. This corner lot home is located in a nice neighborhood close to the interstate and downtown.
*Guests Access: The entire home and backyard except the garage.
**Pet Fee: $100 per stay**
We kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
1. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per stay
2. Pets must be potty trained
3. Guests are responsible for clean-up inside and outside the property (waste bags can be found inside white container on top of patio table)
4. No pets on furniture (including sofa and beds)
5. Please insure dog bowls stay in kitchen or laundry room
6. No pets left unattended or home alone (ONLY if dog is left inside a kennel)
7. Guest is responsible for any damages caused by pet
