Dog Friendly Mother-in-law cabin near Starved Rock at Kishauwau Cabins

Our property sits just 7.5 miles from Starved Rock State Park making us a quick 10 minute drive away. Mother-in-law cabin is our hardest dog cabin to get into. It is uniquely positioned on property to provide you, our guest, with real privacy and comfort. This spacious studio is tucked into a little corner of trees behind our office. Firm 2 dog maximum. Rented only to dog customers unless needed by families for reunions or there are no other family cabins left. Enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower combination and outside area with personal fire pit w/picnic table & grill.

Each of our cabins offers central air and is furnace heated controlled by a thermostat on the wall. These are 4 season cabins as we are open all year. Kishauwau Cabins has been in operation for over 35 years, built and operated by the same family the whole time. We live on property and are attentive to our guests but leave you alone to enjoy your stay. We have an office building that is open to you 24/7 to purchase firewood or borrow movies or games, it also offers a full gift shop that is open when staffed.
