About this property

IT'S A SHORE THING! Perfect beach getaway just a 2 minute walk.

GREAT BEACH LOCATION at Barefoot Beach Resort, Indian Shores, FL. Updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor condo, great location with the beach, intercoastal or heated pool all just a few steps from your front door. Sleeps up to 5 people with a king bed in the primary, 2nd bedroom 2 single beds, and a sofa(bedding is also provided for sofa), comfy memory foam mattress's in both bedrooms. Free parking pass for 1 car.

Please keep in mind this is a second floor condo, with stair access only, there is no elevator.

What is provided: Fully stocked kitchen, all bed linens, bath towels and beginner toiletries, hair dryer, Ironing board, pool towels, 1 trash can liner, full-size furnished kitchen and appliances, fridge has ice maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans and dinnerware, kitchen sponge with dishsoap and dishwasher soap, smart tv with cable, free Wi-Fi, clothes drying rack, Keurig and coffee pot.

The closest grocery store is 1 mile from the property, so you can pick up things like: extra trash bags, groceries, spices for cooking like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, Keurig pods, additional toilet paper and paper towels, laundry soap for the coin laundry. I mention these essentials because, in my own experience, they are easy to forget when grocery shopping on vacation.
Guest access
Free parking for 1 CAR ONLY and must present parking pass on dash board or your car may be towed. This pass MUST be returned to the condo when your stay has ended or you will be charged a $100 replacement fee.

Great Location & Pool!

Really loved staying at Margo's place. She was extremely prompt and excellent communication with us. She had great recommendations too! The decor was adorable, I'd believe it if Margo told me she was an interior decorator. She made the space work to house all 4 of us. Pool was amazing!

Even Better Than Expected!

Lovely, renovated condo across from beautiful beach and close to restaurants, activities and other Pinellas county wonders. The condo is actually even nicer than the photos indicate! Newer furnishings make it much more comfy and efficient, fabulous beach gear and spacious layout. Room for the whole family, even though it was just my spouse and I. We have great long lasting family memories of places, people and food in this area. Now we would like to share a little piece of this paradise with you, so you can make great family memories. I love to design and decorate, so please enjoy all the modern updates and comfy beds! The location is already PERFECT!!

Why they chose this property

Indian Shores is such a wonderful spot to make some lasting memories. It is considered a barrier island, it is a very narrow piece of land so you can stand in the middle of the island and almost be able to hit a golf ball either into the ocean or the intercoastal. Both are great for spotting Dolphins, Manatee's and many other forms of ocean creatures. If you have a fishing permit you can enjoy fishing in the intercoastal off of the dock that is on the property or fishing in the ocean. In the morning you can walk a short distance to Indian Shores Coffee and in the evening after you watch some of the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever see, you can eat dinner at the amazing Salt Rock Grill or go miniature golfing with alligators at Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf. All these things without ever getting into your car. But if you prefer to eat in you have a Publix grocery store and Walgreens about a 2 mile drive away.

What makes this property unique

We love to make many family trips to our condo every year. When we go on vacation we want a clean, uncluttered and updated space, I know this is the wish of any guest, so therefore, my goal is to help make wonderful vacation memories for all my guests. I have comfy mattress's with cozy bedding, an updated bathroom with amazing water pressure in the shower, and modern updates throughout. I try to reinvest in the condo every year to keep everything nice and fresh.
