Nueva hermosa casa de 2500 pies cuadrados en un vecindario seguro. A solo 5 minutos en coche de Disneyland, el Centro de Convenciones de Anaheim, el Honda Center, el Angel Stadium, Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City y Disney Downtown. Sentado en el corazón de la ciudad de Anaheim y cerca de todo. A poca distancia de parques, iglesias, restaurantes. 15 minutos en coche de Huntington Beach, New Port Beach, la playa de Corona del Mar. A solo 45 minutos de LAX, 1 hora en coche de Hollywood, estudio Universal. 90 minutos de Sea World, el zoológico de San Diego y Lego Land.

La casa tiene un plano de planta abierto con amplia sala de estar, sala familiar, comedor formal. Un dormitorio y baño completo en la planta baja, adecuado para personas mayores y con silla de ruedas. Arriba, hay tres habitaciones. Una habitación grande con dos camas queen que pueden dormir 4. Una habitación de tamaño mediano con litera doble / completa y un extraíble extraíble que puede dormir 4. Una suite principal con baño completo y una acogedora habitación infantil con cuna. Gran sala de estar y sala familiar con cocina bien equipada y sistema de entretenimiento. 3 baños completos. Televisores LCD de pantalla plana con Direct TV y Netflix, videojuegos, acceso ilimitado a Internet de alta velocidad. Garaje para 2 automóviles y buenas 5-6 plazas de aparcamiento. Lavadora y secadora de carga frontal para facilitar la colada. Cochecitos, silla alta también disponible. Disfrute de nuestro patio trasero privado con barbacoa, áreas de estar con hermosa piscina climatizada y spa.

This was a great home for our family trip. It is close to Disneyland and about a 45 minute drive from Universal Studios. The home was clean and spacious, giving all 7 guests room to relax. The pool offered a good outlet for the kids, with a nice covered outside patio to eat or just hang out. There were lots of sitting options for family dining. The kitchen was well equipped with any item you would need to cook a meal. The home is close to many restaurants if you are wanting to eat out and multiple grocery stores if you are wanting to cook your own meals. The bathrooms were pretty standard for a Vrbo rental but clean and there were A LOT of towels.

Everything went great and as expected …except the use of the hot tub. After a full day of not being able to use it because it was cold, found out that whenever we wanted to use it, we had to message the owner to turn on the heat. To be charged a daily rate extra for hot tub and pool usage, we should have the control to turn on our ask the heat as needed.

It was a wonderful property an uber ride away from Disneyland and Downtown Disney. The house is huge. We stayed with four adults one teen and a 10 year old / it was perfect.

This is an amazing VRBO that is close to the airport and to Disneyland in a very nice neighborhood.The host communicated great the checking instructions and we really appreciate they worked with us as our family with the pool situation so we really were grateful for everything you did for us!!!This fits a family so well because it is very spacious, there are three bathrooms, it is well equipped, and we just really enjoyed our stay at this property!! thank you thank you

Our family stayed here for our trip to Disneyland and overall the house was great for what we needed. The good, it was perfect size for our family (lots of beds and 3 nice bathrooms) has a good layout (large dining table and open kitchen), has a nice pool, was clean and is a short drive to the Disney parks (8 mins). Areas that fell short, we stayed over Labor Day and it was hot (mid 90s) and the AC struggled to keep the upstairs cool (primarily the master bedroom). They advertise the master closet as a space for babies/infants but it was so hot we just closed it off and kept our baby in the room with us. Obviously only an issue when it’s hot outside. We did not pay to heat the pool during our stay but we did use it. It was on the cooler side, would guess low to mid 70’s for temp, but that was OK with the hot weather. For colder times of the year it would be a chilly swim without a heater. I would stay here again.

Good location, very nearby Disney, nice swimming pool...but overall the house was not really clean, although a cleaning fee of USD285,- !!! is charged you really wonder what the cleaners do for this amount of money...??? in 1 bathroom the water was not draining well, the hairdryer was dirty, bodywash was empty in all bathrooms...and further the television in the living room was not working.

Wouldn’t stay again

Our experience: Poor Communication, hot tub never reached hot tub temp, dirty bathroom, sticky banister, zero hand towels in the bathrooms, no hand towels in kitchen, not a single skillet/pan to cook in, PLENTY of pots, dirty pool with filter/pump off when we arrived, no hand rail for getting in/out of pool, couch is way too small, a/c not great at circulating, and beds are atrocious.When we arrived, the pool filter/pump was not on/running and visibly, the pool was dirty. We never heard it and reached out to the host to let her know. Her response was difficult to understand. It wasn’t until we were curious the next day that we had realized the breaker wasn’t even on for the pump/filter. We flipped the breaker on! When we reached out to let her know her response was again vague and like it had already been on. (It absolutely wasn’t) The pool guy came on a Friday while we were in the pool and dumped a gallon of chlorine in..Hot tub never reached hot tub temp (Even through our entire stay) When we reached out, she told us the hot tub was at 90. We tried communicating that it was not warm and again response was vague. We paid to have this feature during our stay as it’s an additional charge. (She’s since refunded 80). Bedrooms are not as they are pictured. Downstairs has a low profile platform bed No crib like pictured in that room. The mattress needs replaced as you can feel the indents of others.

Family Vacation

Overall, the property and hosts were great! The host were very to get hold of and attentive! This house has everything you need to have for vacation! It was 8 adults and two infants! We were able to buy groceries and make breakfast each morning before heading to Disney, Beach, and universal! We stayed five nights and all four bedrooms were perfect and slept well! One of the rooms does not have a TV but all others are full equipped with TV’s and fans! House has great AC, rooms, bathrooms are great and the pool is the icing on cake! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to travel to California and visit amusement park, and beaches! Great location! Thank you for being a great host!

Nice place, nice pool, near Disneyland

We enjoyed staying in the house. The pool and backyard were so nice to hang out at. Disneyland was just a few minutes away, which was very convenient. They have beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the garage, which we brought to Huntington Beach with us. They have lots of pots and pans for cooking. They left propane for the grill, which we used, a very nice perk. Host was very responsive. We brought my elderly mother who uses a walker, so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were vital. (There are a few steps to negotiate, but they were manageable.) Very few checkout duties, which was a relief. We had a really nice stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous home

This place has everything you need for staying near Disneyland. Location is great. Pool and hot tub are fabulous. Has so many towels and amenities. Plus 2 sets of washer and dryers. They had plenty of playpens for little ones . Definitely recommended this home.

Very Nice Home

The house was well laid out, clean and very well stocked with everything needed for a nice stay. Conveniently located near Disneyland. We were able to go to Disneyland for half the day, return to the house for a swim, and then go back to Disneyland. Enjoyable!

Great home with a lot of space.

House was perfect for our group. All the adults had their own room without being stuck on bunk beds! Large living spaces made it so everyone could have space to do their chosen evening activities. Pool was very cold, but with our time being spent mostly out of the house we couldn’t justify paying to heat the pool. We really enjoyed it and would, possibly will, stay there again.
