My family loved this home. It had a large enough kitchen to accommodate all 13 of us, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to use and not have to "wait in line." The beds were comfortable and the rooms "roomy" enough to get around in. We mainly used it as a place to rest our heads after our full days, but we did enjoy the pool a few times. We did not get the "heated" add-on option, and the water in September was more than perfect. I was grateful that the pool was fenced off since we had small children. We appreciated the number of beach towels available and the easy drive to Seal Beach. The large capacity washer and dryer were helpful to us as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the frig large enough for a crowd this size, and plenty of work space to prepare meals. The kids took advantage of the ping pong table and pinball machine in the garage. They especially enjoyed the unique themes to each room, since this was a Disney trip for us. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I appreciated the neighborhood "rules". A Walmart was very, very close. The only negative thing I heard from my adult kids was that the upstairs bedrooms were a little warm at times. I saw an oscillating fan box in the garage, but we never found a fan. That probably would have been helpful for those upstairs guests -- but the mix of fans and kids might have meant the liability of injured fingers :) :) :). We will definitely stay again in the future.

Had a wonderful family vacay! House is perfectly suited for large families and property manager always responded immediately to any questions/concerns that cropped up. Would definitely bring my family back!

OK Experience

our stay overall was quite good. there were a number of issues with the property that were concerning, most were taken care of very quickly when I contacted the property company. there is a gas stove in the kitchen, when the oven is used the external control knobs on the front of the stove become extremely hot!, 2 of our sons (age 37and 35) both burnt their hands on the control knobs as did our 9 year old grand daughter, i did inform the company about this but nothing was done while we were there. One of the showers upstairs leaked into the garage below, we found numerous plaster repairs in the garage, obviously this was not the first time for this problem. overall the property was ok but it certainly needs a lot of TLC and updating. not a bad property, but if i was going to Anaheim again i would look for another property if this one is not updated before then. a number of small items were either missing or not working, when i contacted the company, they were very quick to respond and provide new items

Haunted Mansion Close to Disneyland

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The size was perfect for our group. The communication I had with Amber/Dawn/Jesse from Funtierland via text was always a quick response and so helpful. Very impressed. I would rate our stay a 5 with a few expections that a finicky top rack in the dishwasher, bed frame upstairs was very squeaky and the wiring in the garage by the washing machine was not safe as we had an electrician in our group and he was worried about it. Otherwise wonderful place. Thank You.

Lots of space for multiple family gathering

Overall the property was spacious and accommodated all needs. We were able to put 4 families in with space of their own, which was nice during a holiday. Property is in need a refresh - it’s apparent it stays booked. Property management was easy to work with. Read all the details as the city itself has a lot of restrictions.

Nice property, great neighborhood but floors were very dirty

The house was spacious and nice. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The toaster sparked when turned on, broke and threw out a breaker. Luckily we found the breaker box and management brought us a new toaster the same day. But the floors throughout the house were filthy. Looked like the cleaning service maybe swept but the floors had not been mopped properly in quite some time. After walking barefoot for an hour, the bottoms of our feet were covered in filth. I couldn't stand it, so I mopped all the common areas myself. And the mop water was very dirty. Management offered to have someone come clean the floors, but for the price we paid, the floors should have been cleaned properly to start with. And I didn't want to interrupt our vacation to accommodate a cleaning crew who did a bad job to start with.

Nice and clean property. Very close to Disneyland. Enough space for the whole family. We were 9 and enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool ! Wish we spent more time in the house, but we were busy doing Disneyland! Will definitely recommend

Great Place for Families Going to Disney!

Our family had a great time at this property and we had a wonderful vacation at Disneyland. This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house is in a great neighborhood, it has a private pool and hot tub, and it’s a short drive to Disneyland. The property management communication was very good and they responded immediately every time I contacted them. The only misunderstanding we encountered was that one of the rooms looked like it had two beds, but it really just had one. We realized the picture shows the bed through the mirror, so it was a little confusing. But overall everything was great! We would definitely stay there again.

Can’t review property booked

We booked this property but didn’t stay here. There was an issue out of their control with the property and we had to be moved to two other properties over our stay so the issue could be fixed. The communication with property manager was good, unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.

Fun Haunted Mansion House

We had a great time at the house, pool was enjoyed thoroughly by the younger kids and the older adults! Enough towels, plates, utensils and other necessities for all! Thanks for letting us enjoy the accommodations!

We loved the quiet and clean neighborhood! The house was great and our kids loved all the awesome unique rooms. The pool and hot tub were great too! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Accommodating

This house was perfect for our family and friends of 12. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone with enough of towels for everyone. We were in Anaheim in one of the hottest weekend in August, so the pool was an added bonus! Communication with the host was great for even the littlest questions I may have had. We will definitely being staying here again.

Fit all four families

The property was spacious and accommodated all 15 of us nicely. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and stocked. The kitchen had everything needed for all of our meals (we cooked), and the large dining room table was a huge plus. The backyard space was very nice- pool was a bit dirty on the bottom but it was nice to have with the addition of the hot tub. Neighborhood was safe for morning walks and beautiful. We would stay again! Thanks

Family Disney Vacation

The house was great and met all our needs as a family. Lovely backyard and neighborhood. The only problem was the refrigerator water and ice were not working. I reported the problem but it was never taken care of and I never heard back.

Location is prime for Disney access but that about it.

We chose this property because of its location relative to Disney, the pool, and house size for a family of 12. The benefit of VRBO is that many of “household amenities” are generally there and make it convenient and comfortable. The house amenities are average or below average at best and needs some major improvement. The master bed is sunk out and uncomfortable. The kitchen isn’t well equipped and of low quality. For example the cutlery was inadequate for a group of 12, all mismatched, only 3 wine glasses. the dishwasher barely cleaned the dishes (all rinsed prior to putting in). For a family rental, There should be more cutlery for children like plastic cups (all provided appeared to be a collection of children’s cutlery left behind). The cleanliness was ok but many of the cabinet fronts were dirty and could use a good cleaning (especially above the stove where the grease was visible on arrival of our stay). The kitchen lacked the amenities that are often needed for VRBO stay - good big bowls, or food storage containers. Most of the kitchen knives had broken tips and were dull. The lack of kitchen dish cloths and dying towels was annoying - and 3 of the blue “rags” that appeared to be better place mats didn’t serve any useful purpose. The hot tub had way too much choline and a ring of film around the inside. I would look for a better place to stay next time for the $$ and overall value. The place needs to be upgraded on the details.
