Awesome Home

We had 2 couples in our group and this home is perfect. Home is as advertised. Very clean and the pool and lenai area are wonderful. Home had everything we needed. This was our second stay at the home and we hope to go back next year. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great Stay

Comfortable with everything we needed. The owners clearly care about their home and guests. Great design with both bedrooms and bathrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. Lanai and heated pool were perfect. We are coming back!

Charming Home

Thank you for sharing your cozy home with us Bob and Art! From the first time we rented from you, we loved it! This home has everything and anything you need for your stay. We especially enjoy the pool and lania area where we spend most of our time grilling, relaxing and watching the birds and bunnies. We look forward to renting from you both again in 2025!

Immediately loved it! Cozy, comfy, beautiful and felt like home! Pool was to perfection! My favorite ever rental! Definitely going back if they will have us! Bob and Art are so kind and caring..... couldn't ask for anything more!

Winter Getaway

This is a great house. We spent the month of March here and had a wonderful time. The lanai and pool were wonderful. The house had everything 4 people need for a relaxing vacation. The hosts, Bob and Art, are great. We so enjoyed meeting them. Anything we needed they were just a phone call away. The only negative would be that the carpet and living room furniture could be updated. Highly recommend this home. Thanks Bob and Art.

Quiet, Convenient and Relaxing

Our family was looking for a low-key getaway to use up expiring flight credits, just wanted a safe, clean house with a private pool. The rental is exactly as shown. Internet allowed for remote working without any issues. It is on a quiet street, close to stores and highways. The outdoor living area and pool are such you never have to leave. Beautiful beaches are all along the coast the closest being 30 minutes drive. There is lots to do in the area, we weren’t looking to do much this vacation. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Lovely

Having had flight disruption and long drive arriving at Bob and Arts house was simply heaven. Our hosts were there to greet us and give us a tour of their beautiful home. I have stayed in a number pf properties in Florida but this house was most definitely the nicest . All the little extra touches both inside and around the pool area were simply delightful. All you could ever need to make your vacation special is right there. Thanks also to Bob and Art for coming over early morning to see us off.Was very hard to leave but hopefully we can return another time😊

Perfect

Every imaginable supply was available. The bedrooms were private with an ideal layout for two couples or people that wanted space from each other. This house is close to the grocery store and to down town port Charlotte. The owners were friendly and very hospitable. The check in and check out processes are done with the owners to give a mini tour when we arrived and a sort of walk through at the end to make sure everything is in order.

Excellent Experience!

Our stay from April 9-23, 2022 could not have been better. The owners - Bob & Art -met us upon arrival & gave us a complete tour of the home & amenities. There is not one thing lacking - especially in the kitchen where there is anything you could need! There are also many spices & oils etc so you don’t have to buy all of those items for simple recipes. The beds & pillows are comfortable and there are plenty of linens & towels. The lanai’ pool area are perfect. We sat outside all day long enjoying the sun and comfortable surroundings. There is not one negative thing that we could say about our experience. The only negative is that it telling the wonderful truth of our visit we’re probably going to make it difficult to reserve again in the future! Don’t hesitate to book this charming home!!

Awesome Property

Property was just as advertised. We had 2 adult couples staying at the property. Bob & Art were very accommodating. The home was very clean and the pool area so relaxing. Pool was heated and very enjoyable. We had everything we needed at this home. Very nice place and close to about everything you need. We had a great stay.

What More Could We Have Asked For?

As we continue to bask in the sunny afterglow of staying at Bob & Art's wonderful property, we wish we could snap our fingers and magically be right back there. It was that terrific! Isn't that just how you want to feel after having been welcomed by your hosts, knowing they've done everything in their power to make your stay perfectly memorable? Art & Bob, the owners, are kind, helpful, genuinely perfect hosts. They've stocked their property with every amenity possible -- and then some. Their home is clean, inviting, and ... did I mention clean? Just in case you glossed over that word, rest assured, you will have no worries about cleanliness! The kitchen is well stocked, so it's a good idea to shop after you have made a list of what you'll truly need. There are plentiful beach and bath towels, bedding, etc. Bob and Art haven't missed a thing, and they even thoughtfully brought a beach umbrella over in case a guest wished to spend a day at the beach. The pool area (our favorite) is spotless perfection. We made good use of the floats, the lanai, and lounge chairs. My brother-in-law made some great steaks on the grill, and breakfast/coffee outside first thing in the morning is still one of my favorite memories. The location is actually perfect, a quick car ride to locations in all directions. We discovered so many fun spots -- good food, fresh fish, sunny beaches, tiki bars. Perfect! If we could give this property/hosts 10 stars, we would gladly do just that. We would highly recommend staying at this gem of a place. Of all the places we've traveled, this is the one we felt the most comfortable. Bob and Art, gems themselves, made us feel right at home. What more could we ask for? We're so grateful and look forward to returning again and again and again ❤

We hated to leave

This home is laid out perfectly for two couples traveling together, with the bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. It is obviously well cared for and the owners responded immediately when contacted. They greeted us when we arrived and were generous with information, directions and referrals. The lanai and covered, heated pool are wonderful!! There is a small refrigerator, table and chairs for dining as well as additional chairs for relaxing there and several floats for the pool. There are 2 bicycles present and 2 more available if desired. The kitchen is well stocked and there are more than enough linens. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are dated but all work well. The beds have soft pillow tops.

Amazing place

This property was amazing. Has everything you need and even some things you didn't think you needed. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Beautiful pool and lanai area. Everything was super clean and up to date. Nothing old or outdated. So nice we didn't want to leave. Just an amazing place!

Beautiful home, great location & wonderful pool!

Art & Bob were very considerate & helpful. Told us about the area, eateries, best donuts & where to get groceries. Everything was close by. Their home was beautiful, had everything you would need & the pool was fantastic. They even checked in on us to make sure we were having a good time & see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was immaculate and comfortable. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and privacy were awesome. The owners were fine gentlemen and very friendly. We would highly recommend staying at this home!

We loved staying at this property which is in a nice, quiet location. The owners, Bob & Art, are local and great to deal with. They even met us at 1am at the house when our flight was delayed. If you read through previous reviews, like I did, before booking you will see there are alot of amenities included. The outdoor living space and pool are fantastic. They thought of everything! Have fun and enjoy this treasure! We plan to return!

Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was just as presented. And then some the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need even dry goods and spices! House was very clean with all kinds of extra supplies,linens, beach towels, soaps, Kleenex. Yes owners Bob and Art have thought of everything! We were just as comfortable as home. spent a lot of time outside in pool area as the weather was as wonderful as this property! Bob and Art were great hosts and only a phone call away if needed. Pool area was so nice with several seating areas and barbecue grill. many thins to do in the area just short drives away. Hope to stay there again. Thanks Bob and Art.

My wife says this house "was absolutely adorable "! It was spotless and the property owners went out if their way to insure our stay was superb. We both were comfortable and felt like we were home while we were there.

We absolutely LOVED every about this home! Great location, quiet neighborhood and felt like home. It had everything and anything you'd need for your stay. The lanai and pool area was fabulous!
