Cozy Waterfront/Private Pool Home-Great location!

Hi! Welcome to your Vacation Home in Port Charlotte, Florida!
Port Charlotte is one of the preferable destinations from all over the world. We recently bought this lovely house with the idea of it to be our retirement home; imagine just in there how in love with are with the house and the town. The previous owners had it for years as their vacation home, and kept it in great conditions throughout the years. Still, we have made some updates and have it ready for you to enjoy it!
The house is in a great location, with quick access to Murdock, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte Harbor. Access to restaurants, movie theater, shopping centers with main retail stores, all minutes from the house. Fishing, kayaking, water sports in general are available in the area for you to enjoy. The beautiful Englewood beach is 20 to 30 minutes from the house.
We have a wide salt water canal connecting to Port Charlotte Harbor. Either relaxing in the pool, or enjoying the day in the dock, or watching TV, or playing with our provided games, we promise you are really going to have an excellent time.

Wonderful Stay

Cozy home

The home was cozy and very clean and just as the photos describe! The host was extremely responsive. Street is busy and cars drive very fast, so this was a concern with pet/kids. Overall though, would recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is super clean and stocked well. The view from the back patio/deck is so beautiful. We enjoyed having the TV out by the pool as well. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The property is as advertised. They even supplied shampoo, conditioner and soap. Welcome gift of wine and snacks. Kayaks, bikes and fishing poles. Great place to stay with a family of an age.

Fabulous, comfortable, inviting

We had a fabulous time. The place was extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. We stayed with our 5 year old twins who were obsessed with the house as well. We played in the pool non-stop and the dock was a beautiful way to start the day. All of the comfortable touches made the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again

Property was as described. We spent two weeks as we had come from Illinois to visit granddaughter. Everything was there to prepare food and enjoyed poolside meals. We also had pool time and game nights. Perfect place to relax and enjoy our family

Great Experience

Great communication, quick replies, clean and well-kept property. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 on location because it was a bit more of a drive to the beach than I prefer...but the trade off was having a lovely heated pool all to ourselves. Definitely recommend!

Tarpon House

We were fortunate enough to stay for four weeks….everything about our stay, from arrival to departure, went smoothly. The house was very clean and comfortable, well stocked with necessary supplies, and a thoughtful welcome tray with wine, crackers, etc.. We spent a lot of of time by the heated pool and the canal dock - also made good use of the gas grill. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this awesome home…we will be back!!

Why they chose this property

We love the west coast and we always thought that when our retirement comes, we will be looking for a place in this area. We realized we had visited this area several times within the last couple of years, sometimes only to spend the day, so we decided to look for a place to serve both purposes, a vacation and retirement home. And we found it just right here, in Port Charlotte!

What makes this property unique

Port Charlotte is a very peaceful town. Everyone is very nice and helpful. We love the option of the canal with access to the Harbor and all the possibilities just with a quick drive to places!
