Great location

Great house walking distance to everything! Check out information was a little vague, we are also use to having private houses and get that personal touch , because this was thru a rental agency didn't feel as homey

Great Family Vacation House

We enjoyed our stay at 19 Deer. Three full size bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen and cozy family room made our stay relaxing and comfortable. The location of the house near Sunriver Village was extremely convenient and allowed for easy access to to road to Mt. Bachelor. The hot tub was perfect at the end of a day on the mountain. We would definitely stay again.

Bear House stay

This home has very nice furnishings and awesome art work on the walls. It has lots of dishes, utensils and cookware. We stayed downstairs and the shower was hot and wonderful. It was also very clean which goes a long ways in our book!Our frustrations lay in some smaller areas. We've stayed in many rental homes in the past 15 years and there are some things you can come to expect. In this home, there were so seasonings of any kind... not even salt/pepper. We bought a set and left them for the next guests. The previous guests to us bought coffee filters and left them for us so thank you very much to them. The coffee maker is a very old cheap one with a broken lid. It just didn't fit with the quality of the furnishings. There is no blow dryer provided. The front steps need an outside rail- steps uneven and slant. For those with noise sensitivity, there is a train that goes by several times a day and night. It didn't bother us but it may bother others. Knowing these things, the next guests can bring what they need to make their stay more comfortable.

Perfect Sunriver Getaway!

Great location and well maintained home made this a perfect location to enjoy all that Sunriver and the surrounding area has to offer! Near the bike paths, a short walk or bike ride to the SHARC park, and plenty to do for the grown ups, and our kids (ages 5-17). Hope to stay here again!

Nice beginner cabin

The cabin itself is rustic, however the photos that they post on the VRBO site are definitely not accurate as to the actual sq.footage of the cabin. It is relatively small. There is not enough comfortable seating for 8 adults. There is absolutely no pantry or storage space for any food items. Unfortunately there were multiple cobwebs and spiderwebs, dust webs( hanging down from the ceilings) in multiple rooms, along with items under beds vividly seen and just underneath the couches that were also visible immediatly; which tells me that it was not thoroughly cleaned/vacuumed. For whatever unknown reason, the water in the downstairs shower never got above a warm temperature , however the temperature of the faucet and all the other faucets in the house or scolding hot To our unfortunate surprise, there were also no dressers to put your clothes in in any of the bedrooms. So, we lived out of our suitcases. If you're spending this much money for a place where you would think that they would have dressers. The hangers in each of the bedrooms were for children clothing. No adult hangers whatsoever. This was a good beginner cabin, for 4-5 adults, and a few nights stay. We would not choose it again. Mountain Resort Priorities, did make the check-in/ check- out easy to understand. Comminucation was 5 star; and thier staff are very professional and delightful

Nice Place, Close to the Village

Overall I was happy with this rental, especially how close it was to the Village. My only complaint would be that it wasn't the cleanest, the surface cleaning was done well but it needs a deep cleaning. There were quite a few surfaces with dust and some visible cobwebs in some corners. I would consider staying here again though, overall it was a good experience.

Labor Day Fun

This property is adorable. Loved the light colored wood used throughout the home. Even though the house doesn't have A/C...we were able to keep it very cool by closing the windows/blinds during the day and opening everything up at night. We had a fabulous stay!

Great location!

We really enjoyed this very clean house. It is a very short walk to the village. We loved all of the bike paths. We had wished that the house had come with a few things like salt, pepper, coffee filters, extra blankets, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful home!

Nice location, management company is very helpful, 3 star house

This house is in a great location, walkable to the village and the SHARC. It includes passes to the SHARC, but we were VERY disappointed to find out that you cannot use the fitness center there. The house was clean and the large TV was nice, but it is poorly under stocked (towels, hangers, soaps, cleaning products)...not even salt and pepper. The couch and chair in the living room need some serious TLC, and the seating seems inadequate for a house that sleeps 8. It advertises air hockey and video games, but those do NOT work. It also advertises a wood burning fireplace- but fails to mention you can only use presto logs. The ice maker and toaster did not work, and one of our showers stopped working. The management company was quick to send a plumber over and fix it....they were great to deal with, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless to have our water shut off for an afternoon. Again, the house was clean, the location is great, but it needs some appliance updates, and the games need to be taken off the listing.

Nice house perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to the village and water park. Kids loved the video game and air hockey....Only complaint is there are not enough towels. So be sure to bring your own towels for the water park.

Clean, updated property

We really liked this house. It was really clean and had most of the things we needed. The ad said air hockey, which is one of the things we wanted to have, but we couldn't get the air hockey table to work. One of the video games in the picture was out of order and the other one requires quarters to play it. There were several bikes, but we didn't try them out. We would rent this house again for sure.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

We rented the house for a family reunion. We were able to stay a couple doors down from our family members. The house was clean, comfortable and accommodated all of our needs. The air hockey table and hot tub were fun ways to occupy our time. The use of bikes would have been wonderful, but we ended up renting a couple of bikes from a shop just down the road. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
