Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. It has just been newly remodeled with luxury vinyl floors, new paint, new furniture, and new décor.

THE SPACE
The main living area has a light and bright open floor plan that flows from the living room to the dining room, and to the kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a 65” smart TV. The dining area has seating for six and a small desk. The Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal. Small kitchen appliances include: Rice cooker, waffle maker, tea kettle, both pour through and Keurig coffee machines, omelet maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and an expresso maker. Off the kitchen there is a powder room. Parking is in front of the townhouse in the driveway, with additional, free parking available just a few yards away. The full washer and dryer set are in the garage.

BED & BATH
The Master bedroom has King size bed, and the master bathroom en-suite has double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom upstairs has 2 Queen beds and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The 1st floor bedroom has a King size bed, and the 1st floor en-suite has a walk in shower. All beds have new hybrid mattress, ceiling fans, top quality linens, and 55” smart TVs.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, you can also find it under the House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
