Great Condo

The condo is as described. It was clean and has a good setup. The condo has plenty of amenities! The location is great and the property it’s on it great. Only complaint was that the upstairs bedrooms were HOT in February (not so hot days). There are no ceiling fans which would have helped significantly. The bathroom was excessively hot after showers. It was cooler to sleep with the bedroom window open. The managers were easy to reach and got back to me quickly if I left a message.

Perfect for Convention Center Visit

Perfect for a weeklong business trip to OCCC. Plenty of space for my team and great location. Good WIFi allowed us to remain productive and connected. Small cafe and drugstore around the corner was convenient. Quiet, clean and well-maintained property.

We had a great stay, everything was very nice. Location is super convenient to the Convention Center, and an easy 10-15 minute walk.

Not what we expected.

Carpet was not clean and showers need attention to cleanliness & overall appearance. Could not see out of windows - dirty or old/stained. Windows had mold on the panes. Broken banister upon arrival- fixed it but incorrectly. Upstairs very hot, middle floor slightly cool, & 1st floor cold. Controlling temperatures was impossible to regulated. Broken blinds in many rooms. Upstairs bathroom sink was clogged. Gecko was running around in the living room. Cheaply built ex. doors, handles, cupboards, bathrooms. Overall, a disappointment.

Clean, nice Townhome but needs some TLC

Reviewer Comments: I stay in Vista Cay every even year for about 3 weeks and the resort is in a great location for OCCC events.This townhome is in a nice spot, a little walk to the pool but everything is pretty close. Inside - Clean and tidy. What this unit needs is someone to do some TLC. The couch needs to be replaced and is so uncomfortable. We stuck some pillows under the cushions which helped but ooohh its touch. The bedroom furniture needs to be tighten as it is loose and squeals every time you move. The master bath sink needs to be cleaned out as it drains slow and the shower handle is about to fall off. It just needs someone to spend 4 hours doing TLC otherwise the property is in good shape.I would stay here again. Hope that helps! : )

Overall clean and tidy. The couches are very used with sinkholes, they could be replaced. The beds were nice, king size bed starting to sink also. Baseboards could use a good cleaning as well. Other than these things really was a nice place.Pool was nice and not far.

The worst Airbnb experience that I have had to date!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looked so nice and clean in the pictures, but the place was not clean at all. The bed linen was not clean, the couches in the picture were filthy that no one wanted to sit on them. The couch is a pullout and one of my guest were suppose to sleep on it, however it had trash (beer tops, etc in it when we pulled it out, hoping it didn't look filthy like the couch cushions. After cleaning the stuff off the pullout that was folded in with it(trash), we get the sheets to put on the pullout, but the fitted sheet was for a twin bed. Those were the sheets left by the company for the pullout...they did not fit. there was no blanket left for the pullout at all. the bathrooms (tubs and shower curtain) had not been well tended to as they were half cleaned.I spoke with Dennis from the moment I arrived at the properties because things were not good as soon as we walked in, so we did the walk through. When I reached out to Dennis initially, he told me that he was going to send someone out to address our concerns, he NEVER SENT ANYONE NOR CAME HIMSELF. I stayed in contact with Dennis everday while there, but he just gave me the run around.I rented 2 properties from him the same weekend and that was the worst mistake ever. The other property had a situation even worse than this one, but of course Dennis waited until the rental was over and we checked out, to sent cleaning people to the property and told us they didn't see the mold or the water accumulation by the vent on the ceiling, etc. He stated they try to paint in between visits, but they don't always get the chance to do so. Why just keep painting over mold?? Mold is dangerous to peoples health with allergies, asthma, and just in general, which we had in our group. The mold was in one of the bedrooms so we had to figure out how we all could sleep because the mold in the bedroom made that room off limits to us. It was just a horrible time. The worst part, was Dennis never came to address concerns while we were the

No response from maintenance request

We notified the message service on our arrival Friday night and twice Saturday that the AC unit did not work. Someone finally showed up Sunday, said they didn't have the vacuum to clean AC unit. Told our group 2 mothers and 2 14 year old daughters how they could clean water from AC because it was not draining. It never got cool we left Monday very unhappy.

Had an amazing time. Property is in a safe and convenient location to everything. Condo was exceptionally clean. The pack of Oreos as a welcome gift was a nice, thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and amenities

Great community features and close to everything. The property was a great set up for our group and comfortable beds. Some damaged furnishings and some items not clean.

Overall it is okay. Close to everything and quiet.

Some issues that need to address for future guests: - molds in bathrooms - ants crawling in the kitchen even we did not cook in the kitchen as much as we should have. - since we were staying for more than 1 week, we were disappointed with the amount of amenities(e.g. no extra toilet paper rolls, 2 dishwashing tablets for entire stay.)

Not as Great as Expected

Upon arrival their were 5 bulbs out in the home( 3 in dining area alone), return vents and trim were filthy, sofa and island stools were very broken down and home was always warm upstairs despite keeping on 70 and shades drawn all day. Very disappointed for what we paid. It was the estetics of the photos that drew us in , but that's where it ends. Location I'd great, but we will go back to the previous rentals we have had
