Questa unità ha tutto e di più per la perfetta vacanza al mare. Le viste incredibili da questo condominio al 5 ° piano non deluderanno! Situato direttamente sulla spiaggia, vista libera. Ingresso dal balcone della spiaggia dal soggiorno.

La struttura dispone di 2 piscine fronte spiaggia, campo da tennis, palestra, un sacco di parcheggio GRATUITO disponibile.

Gulf Dunes Condominiums è vicino ai negozi e ai ristoranti di Fort Walton ea soli dieci minuti da Destin. Passeggia lungo la spiaggia fino al molo di pesca di Okaloosa o Boardwalk. Beautiful View!

Check-in was a breeze! The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Our view of the beach from the balcony was so beautiful! Would love to visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at GD514. We spent a lot of time enjoying the spectacular view of the Gulf. We intended to dine out, but the view was so beautiful we ordered a lot of take-out to enjoy the amazing view. The condo was clean and was ready for an early check-in. Our only suggestion is to replace the bedroom carpet with solid flooring such as tile or laminate. I feel that the carpet doesn't clean as well and isnt up to the same standards as the rest of the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 1BR condo was the perfect space for the 2 of us. Brooks and Shorey is an excellent property management group. We did encounter a few issues such as the bedroom has carpet and it smells of pet urine, backed up drains, and needs to be cleaned more throughly. I notified them and told them my concerns. They were quick to respond and offered to send maintenance for the drains. Hopefully they will make sure that the cleaners are properly cleaning the unit as well as convince the owner to remove the carpet and update the decor and such. As for the management group, they are awesome and we will book through them again. We were extremely happy with them from start to finish. They are a 5 star company.

A great beachfront choice

This condo was exactly as described in the listing. We received a call an hour early to check in. The condo was spotless and very well stocked. We enjoyed our 3 days on the beach and took advantage of the beach chair service each day. A great place all around. Thanks for a great visit. We will definitely return.

It was clean, the decor was beautiful and the furniture was so comfortable. It was exactly our style and we plan to stay there next year too!

Wi-fi was out for a few days

Reviewer Comments: Biggest issue was that the wi-fi was out for several days but TV still worked...good thing we had unlimited data!Condo overall was good although not stocked with items most others are such as salt and pepper....we were prepared as emails notified of this. However, it would have been better if we did t have to drag these items along on vacation! Location was amazing! Condo was cleaner than others we’ve stayed at and that was important. Everything was as expected. Good value for the price for spring break.

Exactly what we were looking for!

If you like to cook instead of going out everynight it has all the utensels, pans and bowls you could need. Not just a spatula, 1 knife and a large spoon. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The two free beach chairs are just amazing to have. All you have to do is pack a cooler and sunscreen and go. Let me say the the pictures of the view are why we chose this condo and they do not do it justice! You can sit on that private balcony and just stare at it forever. They customer service is amazing as well. We made a complete "duh" move after checking out and Jessica and MaryAnn were nothing less than amazing when helping us out! We highly recommend this company and condo!

Honeymoon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip to Okaloosa provided much needed relaxation. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. The beach access was wonderful and the pool area was clean. The only set back we had was the group that stayed over the weekend overtook not only the pool but the entire outdoor atmosphere after 6:30 each night with their party. It is clesrly posted in multiple areas that loud behavior is not permitted but three of our evenings were spent surrounded by a house party that involved multiple units below 514 and their ridiculously loud music. The world is rough and I don’t like to be a complainer but the signs do no good. Aside from this our stay was very enjoyable
