I dont like to leave bad reviews and even sent a message the day we were leaving with zero response. There is a HUGE safety issue here, someone else was in our unit, come to find out all the units have the same entrance pass code, I confirmed this with another friend who was saying in the cottages. Also, for the price, the linens on the bed, pillows and towels were very poor quality for spending 3k for a 2 night stay. I will not return.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As we discussed with you directly, there was a mix-up in cottage assignments at check-in. We sincerely regret the brief confusion that created and were glad to have you and your guests checked into your correct cottage within five minutes of the error being identified. For the benefit of future guests, we do want to clarify that each cottage has its own unique entry code for each guest that is reset after each guest's stay. The only codes affected were those of the two cottages involved in the mix-up, and both were reset immediately once the issue came to light. The safety and comfort of our guests remains our highest priority. Regarding the linens, we have been happy to provide the same premium line of linens used by other premiere hotels in the downtown area. The feedback from our many past guests, including the 20 other reviews left, has led us to believe the linens used in the cottage have been well enjoyed by our guests. Regardless, we are truly sorry they didn't meet your expectations. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels!

Brand New and Perfect Location

Brand new and in a cool little cottage community two blocks from campus and downtown, which would be hard to beat. When in Auburn, we will definitely try and stay again.

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay and the location was good with easy parking. The only small thing that would have made it better is more comfortable pillows on the bed and a few bottles of water. Otherwise all good

Mom’s Weekend

Went to visit my daughter. We had a mom’s weekend with her roommates and their mothers. The property was perfect!! Great location, very charming and comfortable. It’s my second time staying in one of the units. Will definitely book again in the future.

Brand new, clean, comfortable, convenient.

Communication was great. The check-in process was easy. The cottage was clean. It had everything you would expect - WIFI, internet TV, coffee, soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be staying here whenever visiting Auburn! War Eagle!
