Perfect location to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Great place but would recommend overtime getting a K cup coffee pot and padding or new mattress as the bed is extremely extremely firm. But absolutely beautiful and very clean.

Super Cute

The creek absolutely made the whole experience. The cabins are small, but whoever planned them out, really utilized every square inch. It's beautifully laid out and feels so much bigger. I could sit on the back porch forever.

Cute and clean

Our stay was great. We loved this location. It was about 25 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. The house was new and very clean. If you are looking for a location that is not in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge this is a nice quiet location. Our dishwasher must have been brand new and did not work but everything else was great. The place could use some extra hooks to hang things and a place for your luggage. This unit looks directly into another one just across the creek, but that one was empty this weekend so no weird moments there! 😂. We would stay here again. Be sure to eat at Doc’s if you stay here. It is just down the street.

Disappointed but an overall nice property

The property was nice and clean; however it wasn’t as listed and little concern was given. The posting when I booked stated 1 king sized bed and 1 full-size sofa bed. This is false information. This property cannot really accommodate more than 2 people. The sofa bed does not exist. The managing company wasn’t concerned about the fact it wasn’t as listed. They were to bring an air mattress and it never showed up as stated. We really enjoyed the property overall but beware before booking.

We stayed here for a week on our honeymoon and loved every minute of it! We had one small hiccup with our bed but the property manager was more than accommodating and got it fixed right away. We will MOST CERTAINLY be back!! It's only been 24 hours and we're missing the creek already!

Greenbriar Preserve is a charming cottage community located just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This peaceful retreat is nestled along a scenic creek and offers a quiet escape while still being close to all the area’s attractions. When we saw the location, we knew everyone would love the location as much as we did, and so the Greenbriar Preserve came to be.

The community is relatively new, with construction beginning in 2023 and thoughtfully expanding through 2024 and 2025 as its popularity grew. Guests love the serene setting, natural surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere.
We’re proudly pet-friendly (we love animals!), so feel free to bring your furry companions along. The community offers plenty of space to enjoy leisurely walks with your dog, whether along the creek or around the picnic area next to a large open field.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
