ガレージとキッチンの拡張を備えた伝統的なケープスタイルの家。 ケープコッド湾の素晴らしい景色を望む大きなルーフデッキ。 道路を少し歩くと、サンドイッチタウンネックビーチとボードウォークがあります。 見晴らしの良い手すりのある屋上デッキに加えて、敷地内にはマグノリアの木陰の下に素敵な屋外パティオスペースがあり、12のテーブル、ファイアーピット、グリルがあります。

メインフロア内には、設備の整ったキッチン、フルバスルーム、テレビ/暖炉付きのリビングルーム、2つのベッドルーム（キングベッド/フル/ツインベッド）があります。 2階にはハーフバスと3つのベッドルーム（クイーン/キングまたはツイン2 /フル）があります。 家には中央のACと洗濯機/乾燥機もあります。 2階の部屋にあるツインベッド2台は、必要に応じてキングベッドに変更できます。

The property was comfortable, clean, and had everything necessary for a beach vacation. We enjoyed proximity to the beach, sunrises on the roof top deck and dinners on the large table under the lighted tree. We all had a great time.

Town Neck beach house

Perfect home for our family. It had everything we needed for a wonderful get away. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great location. The hosts were very attentive.

Amazing place to stay!

We loved staying at this home in Sandwich. The house itself is very clean and comfortable and the rooftop deck is incredible. We also enjoyed being so close to the beach and being able to see the beautiful sunrises each morning. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe but it's still close to the bridges and easy to get to the rest of the Cape. We really fell in love with this place.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our family. The house was equipped with all the essentials and even had baby gates available to keep the kids safe near the stairs. The walk to the beach was easy even with two kids in tow. The owners were in touch often to check in and were always helpful. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Nice house on a quiet street

If your looking to get away from the bustle of tourist areas, this house offers a nice setting with great views from its roof top deck. Relax by the firepit at night with your favorite wine. A short drive to larger public beaches or to the Nantucket ferry to enjoy sight seeing and restaurants.

Thank you Kate and TJ. The accuracy of the online listing is spot on. The rooms are bigger than the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked for the family chefs! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The outdoor shower was perfect. It is a great location for a family summer getaway!

August family getaway

House was AMAZING...thank you very much. The beach is right across the street and Tree House Brewery is a 0.3 mile walk from the house. A plus was that it was hot and humid during our stay and the central air worked perfectly. What I am going to miss is sitting outside next to the fire pit. Def can not wait until next year to book again.

Sandwich getaway

Totally wonderful stay. Home was clean, neat and welcoming. It was a real beach stay! Fun to sit out side and grill, the out door patio was lovely. Shower was amazing outside after the beach, and roof top deck was spectacular. So glad to be able to come back to my home town and be so close to the beach. Short drive to Sandwich Glass Museum, and lovely restaurants. Thank you Kate and TJ.

A fantastic stay!

We can’t thank TJ and Kate enough for sharing their amazing home with us! From our arrival to being greeted with a lovely note and kind gift basket, to a kitchen filled with everything and more to cook meals in, to comfortable spaces to enjoy and a wonderful outdoors to enjoy the ocean air. We so appreciated TJ checking in on us to ensure we were doing okay and for quickly answering our many questions as we got settled. Thank you and Kate again for such a wonderful two weeks!

Summer Vaca

Our stay at Kate & TJs beach house was so much fun. The house was older but clean and had all the amenities of home. We particularly loved the roof deck and large outdoor patio dining table under the magnolia tree. The outdoor shower was also amazing! The beach was about a quarter mile walk which us & the kids didn’t mind (just a little far for my 70 year old parents in the summer heat)- just something to note when booking. We also loved that it was a short walk to TreeHouse Brew Co! It really was a wonderful summer getaway where happy memories were made! I would definitely come back!

Wonderful Cape vacation

Our family had a great time at Kate and TJ's Cape house. It provided the home away from home feel and a place for a much needed vacation for our family. We were able to make family meals at the rental and enjoy them on the brick patio or roof deck. Even with some bad weather days, we enjoyed some reading in the sunroom. Our dog Molly enjoyed her stay as well and there was even a dog leash hook by the outside door! Kate and TJ were great hosts and we hope to rent with them again. The Biedermanns.

The perfect Cape Cod home away from home

Location, location, location! I loved staying at this house! It is minutes from the beach and the beautiful Sandwich Boardwalk and offers a beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay. It is decorated in a lovely beach theme and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you’ll need for meal prep. We rented for an extended stay and TJ & Kate were very helpful and checked in regularly to make sure all was well. I would definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to my friends and family when they come to MA for a Cape Cod vacation. Thanks again, TJ and Kate!

Sweet Sandwich

Katie and TJ’s beach house had everything we needed for a true Cape experience. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach where we enjoyed the sand and Bay. The house had a little red wagon which made the walk to the beach a real adventure for kids. We even saw curious seals popping up out of the water. A quick drive to grocery store and to the quaint Main Street of sandwich for coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare family dinners. Decor is adorable and all rooms were comfortable, inviting, and functional for beach vacation. We highly recommend this hone and would definitely return.

Perfect beach get away!

We were extremely happy with this rental, This neighborhood was LOVELY, walking distance to treehouse brewery- which also is on first beach (dog friendly!) it is very rocky, so be prepared! We chose to drive and park at the canal visitor center for easier transportation. The kids LOVED watching the big boats go by and walking on the jetti. On the other side of the street was town neck beach- also walking distance, we drove and dropped off our stuff then parked at the house and walked. No need to make lunches- walking back to the house for a break to walk the dogs was perfect! Town neck beach also provides access to the sandwich boardwalk- gorgeous views all day and night! You can also bridge jump off it!! Dogs aren’t allowed on the boardwalk though or town neck until after 4:30 when guards leave. The river at love tide was another hidden gem. Sitting on the boardwalk side at low tide was so fun for the kids, we found hermit crabs and shrimp and they floated on tubes down the river!! Shipwreck ice cream was so close and we had many nights of ice creams next to a fire on the beach! Both first beach and town neck allow it and TJ provided firewood for our use!! The yard at the house was a bit smaller than pictured but perfect for our needs- outdoor shower amazing. Plenty of beds (all comfortable- the twins could use a little tightening). The roof deck was perfect. The firepit under the twinkle lights and dinner on the large table was amazing. Will definitely be back!!

Great location and easy drive from Boston area

It's a very nice house. Very clean upon arrival. You have to walk about 5 minutes to get public beach access (you can't use the private beach entrance directly across the street as the beach front property owners will likely confront you). The beach front is very rocky but there are beautiful canals running into the marshland with great little sandy beaches for little kids. Location near the cape canal paths, great seafood restaurants, and the treehouse brewery tap room are major positives. Ultimately a great place to stay on the cape.

This house was the perfect summer rental! The neighborhood is tucked away with easy access to the beach yet super close to fantastic restaurants. Kate and TJ were amazing hosts. We can’t wait to rent again!

Gorgeous view!!!

Our stay was fantastic!! Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home by the sea!! Gorgeous views and the house had ample room for our family to enjoy. The kitchen was equipped with many items that I won’t need to bring anything next year as I have had to in the past at other rentals. The outdoor space is the true gem!! We enjoyed every dinner outdoors with the great lighting, gorgeous tree and fire pit! We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Great group home

Great location to easily go to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and stores a short drive away. Worked out really well for our large group of friends. Outdoor space was great but bring some bug spray for the evening.

Great house and location!

We had an amazing time at TJ & Kate’s house this past week! The house itself was great, clean, perfect for us to have friends and family stay over through the week. We were pleasantly surprised at how many restaurants there were in walking distance! I’m sure we will be back again in the future.

My family and I had a great time here for 2 weeks getting ready for my daughters wedding and then relaxing afterwards. Kate and TJ were such great hosts providing everything we could need and then some. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to get ready and good light for photos I’m hoping to get to return for another week or two

A Great Stay

We went with another family. The property was great and the communication was some of the best I’ve experienced in my travels. The lone disappointment, which is in no way a reflection on the owners, was that the Sandwich beaches were particularly rocky this summer, so we ended up driving to a different beach even though the property is walkable to the Sandwich town beaches. Overall it was a great experience.

Fantastic Family Getaway

This charming home was perfect for the 7 of us! It was close enough to all of the shops, delicious restaurants, and the grocery store, yet far enough removed to really be able to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and quality time with family. There was plenty of space in the house for all of us to have some quiet time and also gather together around the fire pit, or large outside table. After a storm passed through, there was a power outage in the area and TJ was very quick to check in on us and even came to offer assistance! The house was equipped with games and movies to keep us entertained during the downpour! We would highly recommend this slice of paradise to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!
