Tämä koti on yksi harvoista kolmesta makuuhuoneesta, jossa on täysi sänky ja kylpy alakerrassa - täydellinen pohjapiirros, jossa on yksityisyyttä kahdelle perheelle. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on erittäin mukava Tempur-pedic®-toppi, TV ja istutus-suljettu ranskalaiset ovet, jotka avautuvat katettuun eteiseen. Kolmas makuuhuone on kerross��nky kaikenikäisille lapsille - twin yli muisti-vaahto kuningatar kerrossänky, jossa ulosvedettävä twin vyöryä, TV ja ranskalaiset ovet avautuvat toiseen yläkertaan katettu kuisti. Hallissa on toinen täysi kylpyamme. Älä missaa riippumattoa aikaa! Yläkerrassa, ylimitoitettu aurinkoterassi sopii erinomaisesti lepäämiseen riippumatossa jäädytetyn juoman kanssa. Päivän aikana se on aurinkoinen ja tuulinen, ja illalla on upeat auringonlaskut ja yöllä kirkkaat tähdet. Tilava yläkerran kansi tarjoaa täydellisen näkymän luontoa säilyttävistä, kehittymättömistä maista ja näkymistä lahdelle ja lahdelle. Tilava ja valoisa, avoin konsepti, olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö ovat alakerrassa, ja ranskalaiset ovet avautuvat toiselle katetulle kuistille - täydellinen paikka aamukahvia ja lintujen tarkkailua varten. The perfect place to unwind...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was ok... It needs updates. The walls are filthy and the carpets are old and dirty, same with furniture. The layout wasn't my favorite either. Very little counter space to cook. There are also only 5 knives in the kitchen yet it sleeps many more than that. Fridge leaked. We've stayed at CS many times and this has been our least favorite house.

Cute home

Our family had a wonderful vacation. We rented chairs/umbrellas on the beach as well as a golf cart. The process of which was very smooth. We will definitely be back!

Really like location of Margaritaville 132 and appreciate pet-friendly policy. The kitchen seemed under stocked, patio and patio furniture were dirty. Doors were dirty and furniture was a bit worn. Okay rental but not what I expected compared to past experiences at Cinnamon Shores.

Perfect setup just needed a few things to make it better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great for a family to relax and get away. Great outdoor area for our dog b/c it was fenced in. Only negative was that the WiFi was terrible, there was also hardly any extra blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa or some extra blankets. Maybe some extra throws would be good. Also, we ordered to-go from Dylan’s Pizza and they said they would call us when our order was ready and they didn’t. We ended up just heading over there and it was sitting there waiting to be picked up. It was cold when we got it.

This Gem has some rough edges

Reviewer Comments: We sincerely appreicated the opportunity to stay in this rental but our expectations of a fresh bright, well maintained home were quickly diminished. This dear home needs updating. Front door is very difficult to shut and lock without slamming. We opened the door and the house smelled very musty, old and there were roaches. Very dirty windows, stained carpets and tile grout throughout. Tile around master shower needs repaired. Primary bedroom slept comfortably but mascara stains on pillow case. The second queen bedroom is too small to comfortably accomdate two adults. Thank God our third couple had to cancel because we would have been embarrassed. The photos provided do not reflect the real conditions of this home; with exception of furniture layout, the wide angle photos give the impression of a less cramped, newer environment. The laundry room dropdown in floor level is a dangerous tripping hazard. We understand it's to prevent leaking from the washing machine from spreading but at least place a thicker rug in the area to level out the height transition from laundry to hall. The appliances worked properly, very hot water and air conditioning was comfortable. Learned our lessen, when planning future trips, we will get rental recommendations directly over the phone versus relying on on-line website to find the right place for us. We appreciate the efforts but this home was not right for us.

Second time at Cinnamon Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at cinnamon shores. The first year we rented a one bedroom condo and we had a great experience. This time around we rented a larger home. Overall, it was a pretty nice place, you could tell it definitely had some heavy use, the backyard was pretty messy with rocks all over the paver stones and unfortunately, it did not appear that the previous renters did not clean up after their dog. It was a more modest house, although the beds were very comfortable, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the security is lacking, and we were kept up all three nights by teens playing loud music up and down our street, and someone blasting a train horn on their truck at least five different times past 10pm, which really upset our four year old. That was definitely the most unpleasant part of our experience. The private beach is wonderful, the amenities are very hard to beat, a very nice gym, pool, kids play park, and on site restaurants are top notch. I would rate the rental a 3 out of 5, but Cinnamon Shores in general is by far the highest end property in Port Aransas, but I would recommend the property management do a better job on controlling the noise and random people blasting music and horns very late into the night. Besides that, I would rate our entire experience a 2 out of 5, the only thing that keeps me not going lower is the overall amenities of the property, although there was trash and garbage thrown on the sidewalks.

Just a getaway weekend with the family. Celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday. Restaurants, neighborhood, beach and carts were awesome. The house was the best part. We will return.

Beautiful Texas Beach Community!

The house was beautiful and comfortable and was perfect for hosting our family’s Christmas Eve get together. Although we brought a small Christmas tree from home, the house already had one that was super cute and beach themed! Such a nice touch. We also loved that the house and property is pet friendly! It is always a must to find a pet friendly place to stay as we always bring our dog when we vacation. Our pup loved the beach! We would love to go back during the summer season to take part in all of the fun events and activities!

What an awesome stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great as usual. Getting a house instead of a condo is definitely the way to go. The outdoor grill was clean and well maintained. The only recommendation we have is that this particular unit lacks decent kitchen necessities like glasses, pots and pans, silverware and the cutlery was horrible unfortunately. With that said, the stay was comfy. Another thing missing was a place to store our pantry items. Not sure why the owner insists on locking the pantry, but I would definitely recommend they rethink that decision.

The front also had a few weeds. The backyard games where very old and broken. The driveway needs too have all bushes and plants cut back, I tripped over plant on driveway.

House needs improvement

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Margaritaville is a pretty house but needs some improvements. For example: the sofas in the living room were dirty, one of them with lots of ugly stains, the fan in the living room didn’t work, the toilet paper holders were broken downstairs and upstairs, the sheets in the kids room upstairs were DIRTY, the sheets and pillow cases in the master bedroom were DIRTY, the sink downstairs was very smelly, very stinky, I bought Clorox and cleaned it before I cooked, you would think that with what they charge , they would take care of those issues.I am not a complainer, I actually used to owned a house there.I know we’ll be back next year, but DEFINITELY NOT Margaritaville (132 Bent Grass).I’m very disappointed.

The person sent to address the problem tried the same basic things we had already done (reset it, un plug it, try to use the original network address from the bottom of the modem). When he was also unsuccessful, he just shrugged and left.

House needs to be cleaned!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third consecutive summer family trip to Cinnamon Shores and we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the house we rented. When we arrived we noticed the sink hasn't been properly cleaned in a while as well killed 3 cockroaches. We moved a loveseat to watch TV and the found popcorn, a magazine, and dirt under it. We are very disappointed with how management handled our situation. I was told the manager would call me the next morning to schedule a cleaning which never happened. The poolside restaurant did deliver an excellent service and delicious food.

Quick last-minute get-away for Sand Fest

Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids (9 & 14) & had plenty of room to sleep, enjoy the multiple balconies & porches, & be either alone or together - whatever we wanted. The house was perfectly appointed & was very comfortable! Cinnamon Shores is a beautiful property that is very well managed & maintained. This unit, Margaritaville is well positioned for a quick jaunt to the beach, to the onsite restaurants, to the pools & for a quick exit from the property. We will rent this one again!

We would definitely return as the set up was perfect for our family of 5. The only thing I would recommend is a place to hang clothes in the master bedroom. We were also not provided with complimentary soap or hair products like we have been provided at all other properties during our 7 years of stay at CS. We hope to return to this property next Thanksgiving if it is available!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute house in a quiet location. The house needs a little updating in the living area, upper deck furniture, and kitchen cookware, but the house was very clean. Our kids loved the bunk bed! The beach was very clean too. This is our first time renting a house and not a condo and well worth the extra cost. We love Cinnamon Shores and will be back again!
