A worldly one bedroom, one bath unit awaits you. This 1st floor unit features 10ft ceilings, tile flooring, granite counters, stainless appliances and a pack 'n play for you! Enjoy the warm coastal breeze on your own courtyard patio. 2 fishing lakes and three pools are just a walk away as part of the services offered at Cinnamon Shore. Just a few minutes away is the Arnold Palmer golf course and the quaint little town of Port A where bay and deep sea fishing trips may be chartered. You will never be lacking for things to do while vacationing at beautiful Cinnamon Shore North!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please fix the fridge ice maker and water dispenser. The dispenser gets stuck and water spills everywhere. Also the clothes dryer makes a horrible squeak noise that prevents you from being able to use it

Outstanding Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore. It was a wonderful environment for friends, family and young children. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend it. The condo came with everything we needed for cooking, and had a dishwasher, large refrigerator and washer and dryer. The staff was courteous and made us feel welcome every day. We did not opt to get a golf cart, but the community is in very close proximity to the beach, pools, cafes and restaurants that everything is walkable. Recommend highly to military families!

Beautiful Place

A faulty system in the fire room directly outside of our front door was beeping the entire time. Could hear it inside therefore no naps or esp sleeping at night due to this annoying noise. Called Mgmt they tried to fix it twice without resolve. I fear if there is a true fire, guests are at risk due to a faulty alarm system.. will not go back

AC Problems

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Breeze TC 1104 had AC problems from the moment we arrived. Walked into Island Breeze and the room as 99 according to temperature gauge. It was fixed within an hour or so, but there was a control program that caused the AC to keep setting higher throughout our stay creating heat and frustration. We did not want to set it below 74, but we did not want it in the 80's either. That is the only complaint. Otherwise, a great location and time.

A Different Experience this Stay

Usually the properties have a home-like feel, this condo did not. The over powering scent used may not be for everyone. We still had a great time and will continue to stay at Cinnamon Shore, just not at this property!!!

Mildew in the Island Breeze

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the condo was cute, we were hit with intense mildew smell when we arrived. After lots of airing out, it was reduced but not eradicated and no cleaning or air purifier made the smell go (and unclear where it originated). Mgmt did not offer us another place to go or give us any monetary commpensation. So I definitely wouldn't trust them again; they clearly have no desire to practice real customer service. Beware of this condo!

Ideal Vacation

The condo offers everything you could possibly miss from home (literally all the small kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, cable access, etc.) with all the conveniences of being on vacation. Extremely clean, comfy bed, incredibly well located. The location is within a seconds walk to the best restaurants and pools within Cinnamon Shore and is easily walkable to the beach within a few minutes. The ground floor location was quiet while also convenient for letting our dog outside. We will 100% stay here again!

5 star amenities and property, the actual rental unit itself 2/5

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am giving 5 stars for the cinnamon shore community itself, pool, drinks and other amenities. The location of the unit was a short walk to the pool, restaurants, coffee shop and beach. The community is very well maintained,; some construction going on but not too noisy. I have stay here before and had the best time and stayed in a very nice, clean well decorated unit with many toiletries provided.This time we stayed at the Island Breeze TC 1104 unit. The unit itself, I would not stay at again because it smelled very musty and did not appear to be cleaned well. For example there were some very dirty outdoor chair pads stored in the closet that had pieces of leaves stuck on the cushions and the extra blankets appeared to be thrown in the closet instead of neatly folded. There were Visable stains on the area carpet. I highly recommend a deep clean and hire an interior decorator to spruce up the unit as well as providing more comfortable bedding. The decorations were very outdated and some pieces did seem to go well together.There was also a kitchen floor mat used as a door mat, which made the outside of the unit appear unattractive and cheap. The nightly rate in my opinion was way too high for the condition of the unit, but for all the amenities it’s well worth it. If the host put a little note TLC/refresh into the unit, then I would definitely reconsider staying at this unit again otherwise without any of these changes I would not stay at this unit again and I would not recommend anyone else to stay at this unit. The one good thing about the unit was the toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and other basic items which was a nice touch. These items came sealed boxes so you know it was not being reused. Overall love the cinnamon shore amenities and close proximity to the beach was amazing. Hide and Seek TC 1104

Reviewer Comments: To highlight the positives, the property was very clean, the pools were lovely, and the food was exceptional at Lisabella's, The Phoenix in Port A and at Coaster's in Aransas Pass. However, from the moment we starting searching for our property, we should have known that our Cinnamon Shore experience might prove a bit challenging. We were finally able to locate it (hidden away on the street behind the given address) on the third attempt with staff communication (four if you count the maintenance staff that we spoke to in the parking lot). After putting in a few service requests for a faulty door lock, locked ice machine, and an issue with the tv, issues were promptly addressed only when my husband made a personal appearance in the office. Then there was the day that we frantically searched for our beach cart when it went missing. We soon discovered by calling the office that it was repossessed when it wasn't returned at the expected time--we would have appreciated a courtesy call so that we could acknowledge our oversight and simply paid for an additional day. So, I guess no one was surprised when we checked out a day early...accidentally? or on purpose??

Reviewer Comments: Pros: great location, pet friendly, clean and well kept, very cute and felt bigger because of high ceilings, washer/dryer, kitchen.Cons: awful sofa bed, can’t sleep past 8am, can hear people walking above you.Overall we loved our stay here! We really love this community and all of the amenities Cinnamon Shore offers. I would say this would be a great place for a couple, but the couch bed was almost unusable for the kids. Just be aware that the community is in full swing by 8am so don’t expect to sleep in. Perfect place to bring your dog!
