Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: "Sundrop" was a perfect spot for our Fall getaway. Everything in the unit was fresh and well cared for and the layout was perfect. Overall, the entire Cinnamon Shore property was in amazing shape and all of the staff we encountered was super friendly and helpful.

Need an update

Beds were hard and squeaky. Ice dispenses water all over the floor. Washer Dryer are very noisy. Locks on doors are impossible to lock unlock for borh patios. Drawer totally missing in bunk area. Light broken on top bunk. No TV service. Stains on carpet and bench pad. Also, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days is not enough.

Great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a short weekend and it was pretty much empty which was great. We’ve stayed here at Cinnamon shore multiple times and always great and this condo in particular. Dylan’s is great pizza also.. The only issue we had and it was minor was the tv in the bedroom wasn’t picking up WiFi but not a big deal at all.

Cinnamon Shore Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not clean! Although the cleaning crew tried to clean the unit, it was not done properly or professionally. This was not ideal as we had 4 nights and no other options. Location was great and overall experience was great. I would not stay in this unit again.

Nice place and great staff but very easy fixes to make nicer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is only minor but still counts in the experience and can be so easily fixed. 1. Majority of lawns have stickers (not good on a poodle’s feet )2. Identify the lower elevator door on that building with signage. No way to tell and walked up 3 flights then found elevator. 3. Three trips to office didn’t fix electrical door lock. The key worked fine.

We did the Valentine special and brought our beloved pup Gracie. The weather was perfect and so was the excellent customer service. Want to give a BIG shout out to Paula who prepared and tended to our bonfire on Saturday night. She did a fantastic job! Our condo was spotless! Loved the extra touch of relaxing music playing on the TV when we entered our condo. It truly made a special, welcoming moment for us. This was our 2nd time in this condo. Perfect for a couple and a small pup! Gracie, our pup gave it a high paw up! LOL We spent most of our time around Cinnamon Shores. Loved Kiera pool and the cafe there. Excellent service at the pool and on the beach! The staff was incredible. I truly couldn't ask for more. See y'all again next year!!!

Great getaway in Port A!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice community overall - everything looks like Pleasantville. We were greeted with courtesy and a couple of Dos XXs. The unit we rented was good - clean, in good condition, layout was great. The water pressure was low, perhaps because it was the top floor. There was an issue with hot water, but it was immediately addressed and fixed. We loved the premises. Dylan's pizza was awesome, we haven't tried other places onsite. Highly recommend to rent a golf-cart - really makes a difference to get to the beach and out, drive around the property, and to make a trip to Port A - was really nice there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Tueday afternoon recieved our keys and headed to the Condo. Unfornatley we were given the wrong keys so my husband had to go back to the office and correct the mistake. We also did not receive our Cinnamon shore armbands. So again I had to go back to the office and get them. Apart from this everything was great. This condo is prefect for a couple or a small family.

Cute little condo with a moldy smell

However, the smell of mold was intense. When I opened the balcony door I saw black mold all along the door and the door jam.

Valentine's Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since no one has replied to my privately emailed feedback, except to send me this review form, I'll paste from my email here: 1. When booking, I unclicked the boxes for the pet deposit ($500) and pet cleaning fee ($100). Doing so allowed my total to be refreshed, and I consented to paying the fee WITHOUT the $600 for pet stuff. However, my card was charged WITH the $600 extra included. Then, it was incumbent upon me to have to tell the front desk that this had occurred. Had I not caught the error and then advocated for myself, it would have cost me $600. All of that started off my stay on the wrong foot. It felt really dishonest, in fact, because I never authorized the initial charge. The $600 has since been credited back to me, but what a hassle. 2. When I called for beach chairs (and a bonfire), the first question I was asked was which credit card of mine should be charged. Again, it was incumbent upon me, the guest, to remind the front desk that I had booked the Valentine's special, which included the chairs and fire.3. Despite my calling AND texting the day before my checkout to remind the front desk that I had a late checkout (as part of the Valentine's special), my room was locked before the end of my stay, so they had to reprogram my lock to allow access. 4. Unit 10-301 had a leak under the right bathroom sink.5. You should advise guests that a) there IS an elevator in that building, because it is not marked from the outside and b) when taking the stairs, the landings are uneven (perhaps to prevent standing water) but these are not marked to warn the guest.

Needs refreshing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was furnished with nice looking furniture and amenities you would expect inside the unit. However, the smell of mold was pretty strong but once the air conditioner ran for awhile it went away. The rugs and some of the other fabric items in the unit needs to be cleaned and or replaced. I assume because it is a pet friendly unit they have it in the condition it sits for this very purpose (pets). The building exterior lights didn't turn on the entire time we were there. We had to use our cell phone lights to get out of the elevator and down the corridor to the front door of the unit. I let the rental office know immediately the next morning but it was never addressed.

Seaside and Cinnamon had some issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall just OK because some very disturbing issues prevented this from a higher rating.1. Just after arriving "someone" used the supposedly private door code or a key to access the front door. When challenged ran off without explanation. Called Mgt and they said it was a maintenance man. None called or expected. No knock or announcement before trying to enter. Mgt didn't seem to care about this intrusion.2. Balcony door coming off the hinges. Wouldn't close properly.3. Front door not sealed properly. Wind howling loudly 24/7. 4. Tub needs to be refinished or cleaned better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience staying at Seaside in the Cinnamon Shore community. Everything was exactly as described. Extremely clean, well maintained and excellent service from the Cinnamon Shore management staff. Loved staying on the 3rd floor with great views and use of 2 decks with nice seating to enjoy the scenery in comfort. There was an elevator which made coming and going very easy. We went on Valentine's weekend which made for a quiet and low-keyed visit. We ate twice at Dylan's which is a restaurant on the property. Delicious! Their pizza was amazing! Every staff member we met went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Just can't say enough. Loved staying here and will be back.
