PLEASE NOTE: Beach access is east of us through the Lupine Beach Neighborhood Beach Walkover. This is not direct access from the house. It s about a 3-4 minute walk from the home to the sand. Note that the beach walkover features stairs that go up and down over the dunes, making it not handicap accessible. The neighborhood is growing, and with that comes a bit of construction nearby, including in front of the house. While it s entirely out of our control, we always want to be upfront so there are no surprises. We appreciate your understanding as this beautiful area continues to develop.
