The BEST BEACHFRONT location in all of Parker at the Sundance Beach Villa Resort! Kick back with your favorite cold drink and feet in white sand or enjoy the outdoor palapa tiki bar right on the beach! Villa #2 has one of the most desirable locations with the biggest beach area on the resort. No boat needed with this view, but it's an ideal location if you want to launch your boat or water toys and moor it on your own private buoy right out front of this property. AMAZING RIVERFRONT VILLA!
Villa #2 offers a two-unit villa with a queen bedroom attached to the living room/kitchen and pull-out sofa bed with an updated memory foam mattress. The separate master bedroom offers a king size bed and large his/her full bathroom.
The separate villas are perfect for booking with family or friends and having added privacy. The property sleeps 6 comfortably and there is plenty of room for the provided pack-n-play in the master bathroom for anyone with little ones.
