Daughter Visit @ UOA

Got an opportunity to visit our daughter. Needed a clean and simple place near the University. This one didn’t disappoint. The unit was stocked w/ anything you could think of! Coffee to ear plugs. The team got us in a touch early and were very responsive Throughout our stay. Clean and really quiet neighborhood.

Perfect rental!

We stayed here for five days while visiting family in Tucson, and the unit could not have been more perfect! It was clean, quiet and the location was great. Kitchen was well equipped, and hosts were responsive and helpful. The fire ring on the patio was an extra bonus, we spent several peaceful evenings winding down after busy days. We will plan to stay here again on our next visit to Tucson.

Quait Spot

Great spot near the University and 4th Ave. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. Easy walk to Time Market for coffee and food.

Great Stay Spacious Accommodations

We had a wonderful stay in the house. Walking distance to the University and many restaurants on 4th ave. The staff communicated early and often and was very receptive to questions which they readily answered. Would definitely book this location for any future Tucson stays.

Great Spot to Stay.

I was in for the Gem & Mineral Show and a series of meetings. I ALWAYS do hotels, this is the FIRST VRBO I've ever done, so I was a bit uncertain. I found this place perfect for me and would be for a couple also. Location was great (Starbucks very close), close to downtown and everything I needed. Has off street parking. Host was very attentive, place was clean and quaint. Once I find something I like, I rarely change, so I'll be back. Love this little brick cottage!

Great stay: small & cute, well-furnished

Lots of attention to detail and so well furnished (for cooking, etc.). Quiet neighborhood. Walk to 4th St. restaurants and free tram that takes you into downtown. Convenient, private parking. Drive to grocery stores. Not far from expressway. private outdoor patio with fire pit is a treat! A bit tight for 2 people, but this is city living!

Charming, comfortable, and well appointed

I visited for several weeks and needed a place near campus. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The instructions on finding the unit were very clear but I arrived at night and inadvertently went to the main house. Great location within walking distance to campus, shops, and restaurants. Any time I had a question, the owner/management was always quick to respond.

Great VRBO

The place was just as advertised. Its a great place for a couple. We did not rent a car. There is a light rail stop two blocks south on University Boulevard. The neighborhood was safe to walk, even after dark. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Hideaway

This was the perfect spot for us! We enjoyed the fire pit on the private patio, the proximity to delicious food on 4th Ave, and the quiet residential setting. The listing was completely accurate, the house was spotless and very well appointed. We look forward to returning. **Be sure to eat at Boca on 4th. Their tacos are fantastic!

Perfect, quiet and clean

I stayed here while moving my son into U of A. It was so close to him and everything we needed. The location was very quiet and safe feeling. Everything was clean and comfortable. The coffee and water that was provided was greatly appreciated. I will be staying here again.

Nice place. Close to University

I stayed for two nights during my daughter's graduation. Several on campus events. I walked to some and used the light rail for some. The location was convenient. And the house was nice and on a quiet street.

Great spot!

Seamless process from booking to departure. Mgmt company was great too…always available if needed. The place is small but clean and was exactly what I was looking for. Short walk to UA so awesome location. Will stay again!
