Adorable Lakeside Dream Studio on Simonton Lake

Hi, I'm Jade! When I'm not doing my day job as a marketing director for a cybersecurity company, I'm likely reading or cuddling with my dog—sometimes both! I love meeting new people, which is why I'm excited to host you. And when I'm not hosting people at my own home, I love traveling to new destinations, learning about new cultures and visiting other people. This studio is part of my full-time home! Located on the beautiful Simonton Lake, the view simply can't be beat. The lake is beautiful whatever the season. Sunbathe, swim and float in the summer, enjoy the beauty of the fall foliage & spring flowers while kayaking the calm water, or enjoy the crisp air and picturesque backdrop with ice on the lake. This is the perfect location! Although it is a peaceful, quiet retreat away from the hassle of Notre Dame/South Bend traffic, it is convenient to everything! The studio is close to restaurants and bars, the 80/90 toll road, parks and beaches in the summer, and snowmobile trails in the winter.

This is the (private) basement unit of a home occupied by the owner. You will have your own entrance and the unit comes with a full kitchen, all appliances, private bathroom, and free washer and dryer. Note that the owner may be on the property at various times throughout your stay. You will also have access to the outdoor screened-in patio and shared beach space at the edge of the lake. The fire pit, kayaks, and paddleboat are available for guest use.
