Great place.

Great place to stay. It was clean, appliances worked, kitchen stocked with all you could possibly need, location was close to the beaches we wanted to visit and also places to eat out.

We stayed at the home for 7 days while playing in the Roy Hobbs World Series tournament. The home was perfectly located, less than 30 minutes to any field and 15 minutes to the water. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with necessities (kitchen, bathrooms).

What we wanted from our Fort Myers stay

We wanted a property that was clean and close to friends we were visiting that were snowbirds in FL. It fit the bill and was close to the beach.

Left Snow for Florida

We enjoyed our stay. House is clean and tastefully decorated. Any kitchen tool you need is available. Located in a neighborhood and no restaurants within a walkable distance, but it is very quiet.

Home away from home

This was an excellent escape home from the cold and cloudy state of Minnesota. We enjoyed the warm sun on the patio which was a blessing in disguise as beach traffic was was an adventure especially to Fort Myers Beach. We were able to spend more time in the sun. At times the weather was better here than on the beach which could be cold and foggy .The house was clean and the kitchen amenities were great especially if you wanted a midnight snack.All in all ,we had a pleasant fun experience at this home and plan on returning again.

Perfect for us

Located in a small neighborhood, it’s a short distance to the main highway, nice restaurants (Salty Papa's was great), and Shell Point retirement community where our friends live. The single-level house does not have a garage or carport. There is a nice uncovered lanai/ grill area out back. The home was very clean and has been renovated nicely with an open concept. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need except the food (but does have some spices), and has a large dining table. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash (but bring your own bar soap), and the towels are soft and absorbent. There is a large TV in the living room, and the couch and chairs were comfortable. We were very happy with this rental and would recommend it to friends.

Great price for us

This was perfect for what we needed. Only thing is on check out day we left for airport at 4:30am and after shutting and locking door I remember a night light plug and tried to go back in to retrieve but was locked out, code would not work. I was in a hurry and emailed the host when got to airport of the situation and getting locked out. I’m thankful I didn’t shut door and lock while in the middle of loading car as I would have been freaking out. I would have thought the code would work til at least check out time. We had no issues with property or accommodations.
