L'appartement est composĂ© d'un grand sĂ©jour avec cuisine et balcon vue lac sur lequel vous pourrez prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner et le dĂ©jeuner (table Ă  manger pour 4 personnes), une chambre parentale king size, une chambre queen size, toutes deux avec fenĂȘtres donnant sur la commune jardin.

We enjoyed sitting in balcony looking at the Greta view of the lake. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked nicely with everything you need. Nice quick walk downhill to the town.

Unreal view and very roomy apartment

If you like great views, you’ll love having coffee or a glass of wine on the porch, looking at Lake Como. Well appointed and near to the shops in Bellagio.

The view was great. The location was not as great. The bathrooms were small and had concrete sinks which I didn’t like. The washer and dryer combo was difficult to use.

beautiful property, awesome location

we enjoyed our stay very much. Location was close to town, but we were glad we had a car. walking at night or in the rain would have been difficult. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the living room and balcony for just hanging out in the evening or morning coffee.

Apartment was well equipped, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake. The walk up from the ferry is steep and long. The owners were wonderful in getting in some hypoallergenic bedding for me at the last minute.

Quiet Retreat

Quiet neighborhood outside town, but not too far - very walkable. Nicely appointed apartment - plenty of space and outstanding view. The ptoperty management team was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, great location within Bellagio, only a short walk into town and to other beauty spots. Great accessibility, parking space and a securely gated. Very picturesque surroundings. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great girlfriend trip!

A girlfriend and I stayed at this 2BR/2 BA apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a lovely view of the lake from a nice small balcony. It took us 10 minutes to walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Our check-in was a little rushed (as we were late due to a train delay) so we had to pull out the manuals, located on the bookshelf, for some of the appliances and try to figure them out as they are very different from USA. It was nice having a washer/dryer combo. The dishwasher was a little more difficult to figure out. When we had an issue, owner was quick to respond and resolved our problem. I would definitely stay here again! It was comfortable, beautiful, and is in a great location within Bellagio.

Second visit as great as first

Another relaxing stay at Ca' Maria. Exactly as pictured, view to die for, perfect for two couples. Carlo even arranged an early check-in for us, as our flight from U.S. arrived 7:30 a.m. in Milan, and we were tired! Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in Bellagio with a spectacular view!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfortable and the city center was only a fifteen minute walk from the apartment. Lots of options for dining and activities. My favorite was sitting on the porch enjoying lunch/sandwiches from the local market and a bottle of Prosecco the host provided for lunch.

Honeymoon stay

My husband and I were beyond happy with our experience staying at Carlo’s apartment. The location was perfect and view of the mountains and lake Como from the balcony were amazing. Great Place to Stay

We truly enjoyed staying in this place. It was 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The view of Lake Como, from the balcony, was excellent. It is very close to center of town to go to eat or catch the ferry to other lake towns. Carla and Christina were exceptional in accommodating us as we had to deal with cancelled/modified flights from the USA. Highly recommend it!

At 16 years old I went to Bellagio by motorcycle and I always passed near CĂ  Maria dreaming to buy an apartment inside that property and in 2007 I fulfilled that dream.

I bought this property because I was in love with that house and because it's a very nice apartment.

The most important CĂ  Maria benefits are: a marvelous lake view from the living area and the quietness during day and night and I think my web-site can transmit this mood.
At the same time it is very close to the village center and in 7 minutes you'll be in the heart of Bellagio.
