Amazing, can’t recommend highly enough

Stefy made our stay beyond 5 star. She met us at the property, was responsive from day 1, gave us all the insider tips, helped w restaurants, was beyond helpful in check in /out. The view was everything I hoped for and more. The place, clean, modern, quiet. I would stay again and recommend to friends. A gem!

Amazing views!!

Highly recommend Les Etoiles Bellagio! We spent a month at this beautiful property with our 2 dogs and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The surrounding gardens are filled with colorful hydrangeas and roses. Stefy and Stefano were wonderful hosts. It felt like seeing old friends as we established a friendship even before we arrived. They were so helpful with recommendations and advice during our stay, game changing to help make the most of our vacation. We look forward to a future stay at this magical place in Lake Como. Grazie Millie!

The view from this house is absolutely breathtaking - and we experienced it through clouds, rain, shine and rainbows. We really had a hard time looking away. The property is unique and very special. So much thought and effort was put into every detail - it's evident that the owner's hearts and souls are as much a part of this home as the building materials. All that being said, one of this home's most outstanding features is its owner, our host, Stefy. From our first contact, until the day we left, I felt like she was a dear long time friend. If you have the opportunity, stay here! It will be an awesome and unforgettable experience.

Complete Perfection

Stefy went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience in Bellagio. The house is amazing with authentic details as well as being clean and having modern amenities. The location of the home was absolutely perfect for our family which provided easy access to the Lake Como beaches and hiking trails with the best view of Lake Como in all of Bellagio. Much gratitude to Stefy and Alex for sharing their home with us and we can’t wait to come back!!

Charming little place. Difficult to navigate with car.

Loved this quaint little house! It had everything we needed- but staying in late October required lots of firewood, so be sure to pick up plenty! The bathroom is tiny, with little to no room for anything but you in it, but I believe they are renovating the bathroom this month. A very small car is recommended to navigate the roads to the house. The views were spectacular and the house was a perfect getaway in the mountains! I would recommend this place!

Wonderful, simply wonderful!

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation rental, and I can’t recommend it enough! The home itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms filled with natural light and charming decor that makes you feel right at home. The breathtaking views from the terrace were the perfect backdrop for our morning coffee and mid afternoon wine. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and friendliness of our host. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering local tips and even surprising us with a welcome basket filled with delicious treats and wine. If you’re looking for a place that combines beauty, comfort, and exceptional service, this is it. I can’t wait to return!

Wow… What can I say? This property is amazing!!! Bellagio is already a beautiful destination and this spacious home elevated our experience beyond words. Pictures will never do it justice. Once you sit out on their balcony for the first time and gaze out across the panoramic view, you’ll be speechless. Stefy was incredible… she was always prompt to answer questions and help guide us whenever we were unsure where to go. My wife and I rarely write reviews but we had to make an exception this time. Nothing but great things to say; we can’t wait to book it again… and soon!

Best stay of my life! Unbelievable view, truly hospitable hosts!

What a great getaway from the bustling cities. This house is very roomy, very cozy, and has everything you could ever need when your away from home! Not use to having a concierge when booking VRBO rentals, but the hosts are very communicative, respond immediately, recommended wonderful local shops and restaurants, gave us accurate tips about the area and even booked reservations for us. They will even go out of their way if you are in need of assistance. The view... truly one of the best views around the entire lake, the pictures displayed do not give it justice, it looks even better in person, a drop jaw feeling every day. The hosts have poured their heart into this house including hand made wooden and stone attributes all around and within the house, you can feel how much they love and adore this place. It was truly an honor to have had their cozy home as ours for a short time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a perfect view, and look forward to coming back in the future!

Unparalleled view, wonderful host

Beautiful, newly renovated home with a spectacular view of Bellagio. Well appointed. Very comfortable. Beautiful hand crafted wood furniture. Not just one but TWO Nespresso coffee machines in the house!!! Beautiful landscaped garden with outdoor seating and 2 balconies. Stefy is such a wonderful host-very responsive and kind. Even arranged a taxi for us. The only negative, if there can be one, is the very narrow road to get to the house. Coming from the US with luxuriously wide roads, it was a bit intimidating. The bus stop is very close though and we got around fine without wrecking the car. Highly recommend the breakfast delivered to your door by Deli Anna. Her croissants are among the best we’ve ever had.

Great rental away from the crowds!

Stefy helped us from the beginning.. Picked us up at the ferry, took us to the grocery store and told us what wonderful cheeses and breads to buy, then on to her charming rental home. When she threw back the shutters we had the most breathtaking view ever! This rental kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, the house clearly shows lots of tender care to make our stay delightfully with all the woodworking Alex has built, and we would recommend it. Beware, however, we were never able o get a taxi at either the ferry area or to go back down to the city. No buses either. Transportation was a huge problem. We are in our seventies and could not walk, but if you are young, and like to walk, this is a good place to stay!

Spectacular view and Cozy comfort

Stefy and Alex have worked hard to provide and extremely inviting and comfortable place to experience the extraordinary beauty of Bellagio and Lake Como. The house is situated high on a hillside so the view is wonderful and the little balcony and well appointed patio provide a great place to appreciate the ever changing land and lakescape. The house is very clean and nicely furnished with attention to detail in providing a good espresso machine, granita/ice shaver, popcorn maker, nice, complete kitchen utensils, pretty wine glasses and lots of other things. Due to size probably, there is no oven or dishwasher. The main bedroom is big and the bed is comfortable. The second bedroom is small and most suited for kids. The roosters in the morning provide a little country ambiance but are effectively moderated by closing the shutters. Stefy calls the place L’Etoiles and it is indeed a little sparkler! Be advised that the drive off the main road is not for the faint of heart (but if you are driving in italy, it’s just another little adventure!)

Lovely view.

The house is lovely. It has a great view of Bellagio and the Lake. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The only issue we had is the somewhat treacherous road it takes to get there. It’s a little challenging to navigate the first time. I recommend meeting the owners at the hotel at the top of the road and having them lead you in for the first time.

12 wonderful days overlooking beautiful Bellagio and Lake Como

Magnificent property, we just did not want to leave. The house was great for us and suited our needs for some privacy. The spacious cascading garden was delightful, great for relaxation in many different positions. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony having a glass of wine under the stars and taking in the breathtaking views and nightlights. Truly unforgettable... We had our dogs with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the freedom and exploration possibilities around the garden. We know everyone who visits Les Etoile Bellagio will have a wonderful experience just like we did. Many thanks Stefy and Stefano.. :-)

Un très bel endroit chaleureux

Nous étions quatre adultes, et avons profité de la belle vue, d’un endroit chaleureux et des recommandations de Stefy. Nous avons aussi apprécié les sentiers qui nous mènent soit en bas au village ou en haut pour voir le lac de Côme sous différents angles sans compter les visites des villages en bateau .

Gateway to Paradise

We arrived late at night to Les Etoiles, after a long journey by plane, boat and train, and were met with the warmest welcome by our hosts, Stefy and Alex. Too tired to do much but find our bedrooms and crash for the night, we woke up to the most spectacular view of Lake Como and the Alps beyond from the balcony of the house. It was like looking at a postcard—absolutely picture perfect. The same magnificent view was ours from the garden and terrace, with Bellagio and the villages across either side of the Lake laid out like jewels below. Although we had a car, we chose to walk into town and back—a pleasant 30 minute walk down through trails and cobble-stones streets, and a steep, climb back up that was rewarded by lovely views of mountains, flowers and Lake. A car is nice to have but a small car is recommended to negotiate narrow streets and access to Les Etoiles, which is tricky at night. We enjoyed being on top of the world and planning which part of the Lake to explore from our vantage point. And it was always a pleasure to return to Les Etoiles after a long day, watching the evening sky change from violet to deep blue, a glass of wine in hand and feeling like we were tasting a bit of heaven. Stefy was always available by phone/text to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. She and Alex were excellent hosts and helped make our stay at Les Etoiles and Bellagio a truly wonderful experience. Marea from Chevy Chase, MD.
