This is a great place for 3 couples. Quiet and private. We hiked every day. Host and property manager respond promptly. We requested a larger coffee pot and the host had it delivered within a few hours.

The party have been excellent tenants while enjoying the beautiful landscape of Southern Arizona. Jayne has been responsive and communicative, and I hope to have them visiting again sometime.

House had everything the crew needed for a longer term stay. Great place to come home to after working and away from home.

Instructions for checking in were easy but required a phone call to property management company. While owner was responsive, it was clear that the management company handled most issues and the only way to contact them was by phone. Our biggest issue was the lack of a trash bin the first week of our stay and having to call several times to have the issue resolved. There were no instructions for using the internet or the TV or other helpful information about when trash is picked up, whether there was recycling (we found a place we could take it) or perhaps some information on grocery stores, restaurants, or activities in the area. The house itself is very nice, with a beautiful sunset view of the mountains. The photos of the interior are deceiving however. The living room furniture was different and the pictures and decorations had been removed from the walls (just the hooks remained). The kitchen appliances are very good but the dishes, pots and pans, and silverware were less than desirable. The master bedroom and bath were lovely. The neighborhood was quiet other than some barking dogs. Overall, it is a lovely home and we enjoyed our month there.

Don’t be fooled. This place is not set up as a short term rental. Nothing about it is geared towards a clean and comfortable stay. Beds and linens are worn and dirty. Lacks basic amenities…soaps, shampoo, conditioner, acceptable towels. We stayed only one night of our 4 night booking and that’s because we arrived late and could not find anywhere else at that late hour. Property manager and owner did try to correct a few things but came up very short. I’m not including photos to give them a chance to make improvements but, if you’re considering staying here, it would be wise to ask for improvement details.

Prior to the arrival of Laurie's group the house had been on a long-term lease for two years and had received no feedback whatsoever but attempted to maintain the property in the best condition possible. We immediately tried to address the comments.
