About this property

Private and Spacious Apartment at the Soggy Peso Palapa Bar , and Bed & Cocktail


This large suite is on the second floor of our villa. There is a fully furnished kitchen and dining room with a half bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. There are double sinks and a large walk in shower; towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The balcony is the full width of the apartment, so there is plenty of room to relax and watch the boats in the bay!

In keeping with our Bed & Cocktail theme ( when the bar is open), each room guest will be entitled daily to a free Bloody Mary in the morning and a free Margarita in the afternoon!

The Soggy Peso is legendary on Isla Mujeres. It has been our favorite stop for more than a decade. When this property became available, we got together with friends to make it ours. We made the purchase final in March of 2023, and we could not be more proud to call this our place!

Why they chose this property

The Soggy Peso is located close to the action, yet quiet and secluded on the bay. We are just down the same street as the ferry terminal, so we are an easy taxi or golf cart ride. Our beach, dock, pool, and palapa bar are perfect for relaxing during your vacation.

What makes this property unique

The Soggy Peso is a destination on Isla Mujeres. Our Apartment is quiet and private, but with a bar just steps away. There is no reason to leave! We have a delicious menu and bar tenders ready to serve your favorite beverage. The palapa bar is open all week from 9am to 8pm, leaving plenty of time for you to enjoy the peace and serenity of this beautiful piece of paradise during your stay.
